“You start out with the best of intentions, but inevitably you hurt each other. I love you, but that didn't stop me from hurting you last night, or this morning. Love sucks. It's just the way it is.”

Falling in love is easy. But what happens when that love has been tossed aside and trampled on by the person who swore to cherish it? Can you ever trust again, or will the bitt

Review:

I am not a light & fluffy romance girl. I like my romances to be full of grit, raw, dangerous, sexy, and unpredictable. But above all heavy with soul-searing emotion. I feel the need to point that out because there are many peop

Into you was a sweet and angsty read. I enjoyed the premise of the story and my favorite elements were Carter and Elizabeth's back-stories. It was interesting to see such a vulnerable male MC and I thought the way Sibarium handled Elizabeth's back-story was very well done and tasteful. I think the details of her life could have lead to some serious issues for some readers but I personally sympathized with her. I couldn't stand Carter's family for a majority of the book. I can totally understand ...more

Anyone who knows me knows I am a huge fan of Danielle Sibarium. Don't even get me started on how much I love her Heart Wave series. So when she asked me to read Into You I jumped at the chance. I was not disappointed. from the minute I met Elizabeth and Carter I was hooked. Both of them meet at time they are trying to deal with betrayal in their past.

The story is told through Elizabeth and Carter's POV. Elizabeth is a strong character, which I love. She knows what she wants and what she doesn't.

I really enjoyed Danielle’s YA series, Heart Waves, so I was psyched to read her first NA novel!

Elizabeth was a strong main character. She was hesitant to rush into a relationship with Carter because of her past, which I am glad for. She also didn’t lie down in any arguments and stuck up for her opinions. I do wish I could have learned a bit more of her personality during her chapters.

Carter. Oh my god I felt so b

I want to say that I am stepping outside my genre for this one. I usually don’t read New Adult Romance. But, I sampled the first two chapters, and it caught my attention. So, I am a bit outside my comfort zone here. But, I have to admit I’m surprised I enjoyed this. The story line is original and certain parts were refreshingly different. I like angsty stories with characters that have been hurt in the past and are afraid to be hurt again. And, that’s exactly what I got with Into You.

This is the second book, I have read from this author and I enjoyed it as much as I did "Regret Me Not", the first one I read.

Carter is a behaviorist for children with Autism, a job he is totally dedicated to. He is different in his personal life, where he finds it difficult to trust. He is quite happy having very short term relationships to avoid getting hurt.

Elizabeth is a quietly confident twenty two year old who works in a medical practice. Like Carter, she has trust issues but keeps to hers

Full Review at: What's Beyond Forks?

There was so much going on within this story, and it kept my attention completely, which is something I love. The characters were believable and lovable. The two main characters have some pretty serious baggage to work through. Elizabeth was very easy for me to relate to with her relationship fears. Carter had even more to work through, so his progress took longer, and I really enjoyed watching his transformation. I felt invested in these characters. Lastly,

This was a fun NA read. At times, watching their relationship was almost like watching a train wreck. I could not look away no matter how horribly things were falling apart for them. Have no fears this there are no evil cliff hangers and things end well, but watching their miscommunication and seeing them make decisions based on old baggage really still had me cringing at times. Carter and Elizabeth were interesting characters, but my favorite was her sister and I am hoping we get to read more a ...more

I've read this book four times and I know I will read it again. You know when you just want to curl up in a cozy blanket, sip on a hot cup of sweet dreams tea, and re-read a familiar, feel-good book? This is that book.

This was a great, fast read with plenty of steamy romance and a great twist to the story line. I'm usually a big fan of young adult, but Danielle has gotten me into more of the new adult romance genre with ease!
