A valuable reference book for any veterinary manager or front office team member. Chapters cover the gamut of front office and full clinic practice, including management, ethics, legal issues, human resources, stress and burnout, technology, marketing, client relations and communication, medical records management, inventory management, logs, controlled substances, and occupational safety.

I would imagine most any veterinary manager would be able to find at least one or two new useful tidbits included in this book, as the author goes into great detail in all these areas.
