The family and farm animals try to pull a stubborn pumpkin off the vine in the order of the biggest and strongest family member to the weakest barn animal. It's a seasonal book with a cute rhyme and an okay drawing style.

Slightly reminiscent of "The Farmer in the Dell" song for children but with a pumpkin twist.

This story is about a pumpkin who doesn't want to come off the vine, and the trouble that comes from that.
I would have the kids pick a character from the story and tell me what they were thinking while trying to pull the pumpkin.
