USA Today™ best-selling author Elizabeth Lennox writes contemporary romance novels featuring sheiks, business tycoons, royalty, and other sexy rich men. Along the way, she received a BS in History and held different jobs in the real estate, government consulting, and financial industries. All during that time, though, she was always writing, using her personal experiences, dreams, and travels throughout the United States, Europe and the Caribbean as backdrops for her stories. To date, she has written over eighty books and sold over 5.1 million copies. Her free novellas have been downloaded over 8 million times since 2013.

Elizabeth lives in Virginia with her husband and two children. Their home is just outside of Washington, D.C., and many of her novels are set in this area.

This was short and romantic. The H is totally besotted with the heroine from the start of the novel and has already decided that he wants to marry her. Sid, the H, dedicates himself to wooing Sabrina in a charming, old fashioned manner. He was always so respectful and gentlemanly towards her. He starts courting her around Christmas Day and ends up proposing to her on New Year's Eve. The MC's relationship seems to be smooth sailing until after their honeymoon, when a few issues create conflict. Sid is the traditional, chauvinistic type of husband who doesn't want his wife to work. Sabrina loves her job ( she had worked as the Events Coordinator for his Resort/Casino ) and doesn't want to be a stay at home wife. They argue over this and also disagree about the planning of her pregnancies. She wants to wait a few years while he wants her to get pregnant as soon as possible. They manage to compromise on those issues but Sabrina is still unhappy because he has yet to tell her he loves her. He treats her like a special, beautiful princess but ( as all women will understand ) she really needs to hear the actual words.

Things come to a boiling point when 2 of Sid's former OW get into a physical fight over the H. Sid had dated these 2 women ( they're both cabaret dancers ) years before but Sabrina didn't know that. When Sid went down to the stage area to break up the cat fight, both women jump on him and start kissing him frantically. Sabrina sees this on the security cameras and decides to pack her bags and leave him. The H then becomes frantic when he sees her throwing clothing into suitcases. He starts to grovel and explain and finally tells her that he is in love with her. Sid had been unable to declare those words to her before because he's another one of those H's with mommy issues. There's a short epilogue with the MC's rushing to the hospital where the heroine gives birth to a baby boy. This was a very short and cute novel that one can finish in a couple of hours. And, just in case anybody is wondering, the 2 bitchy cabaret dancers were fired from their jobs.

I loved this book couldn't put it down. Sid Matthews is the owner of the Solara Resort and Casino and he hired Sabrina Charmicheal six month ago to be the Special Events Coordinator, but he also hired her because he wants to make her his wife. When Sabrina finds out that Sid is going to work on Christmas Day she invites him to join her and her neighbors for a potluck dinner. When they were having dinner Sabrina went to get more win but when she stopped she didn't notice that she was under the mistletoe, so one of her neighbors told Sid that he had to kiss her which he did and made her mind spin. Sabrina walked Sid to his car were he asked her out, but before he got into his car he grabed Sabrina and kissed her again. Sabrina didn't think it was a good idea to go out with him because she didn't want people to talk, but Sid wouldn't take no for an answer. After seeing each other for a while Sid asked her to marry him and she said yes. After a four week honeymoon things changed when they came back, which Sabrina did not like so she threatened Sid that she will work at another casino.

Anything can happen in Las Vegas

Loved that the story was in Sid's point of view and that he had insecurities even tho he is a Alpha male. Hope we get his brother Zeke's story as I liked him in this book.

Great read

Did not take long to read. Not much character analysis on the hero of the story. You did not get a sense as to why he afraid to share his life until the end. The heroine stood up for herself which was great. However, some issues never seem to be resolved. Enjoy most of this author's books

I liked that she was not all in love and giving into within 20 pages which happens in a number of romance book's.

This romance is set in Las Vegas. One great thing about it is that the Hero and Heroine actually get married and you get to see how they adjust to married life with each other.
