Leadership for Differentiating Schools & Classrooms

Rate this book
This book explores how school leaders can develop responsive, personalized, and differentiated classrooms. Differentiation is simply a teacher attending to the learning needs of a particular student or small group of students, rather than teaching a class as though all individuals in it were basically alike.

I thought this book was very interesting and it made the think about how I want to change how I teach and really involve my students in their learning but in my opinion all this served as was a basis of knowledge of differentiation. I think it would be better with practical examples and real use strategies in the classroom.

A very easy book to read. The first pages were the ones I got the majority of insights from, for I work mainly with Lifelong learning, not K-12, which seems to be the focus here. But it's quite interesting the models, tables and figures presented to give a clear vision on how I should work with corporate and customer education. Overall, a decent book. Quick to read, cheap to buy.
