I made my first scrapbook when I was 16. A good friend of mine, who’s always been straightforward, told me she wanted one for her birthday.

After she announced it to our clique, I went to several art stores to hunt for art supplies. The entire process went on for a month and I spent more than $30.

Till this day, it remains the most expensive gift I’ve bought for a friend.

Granted, I was an art club member but I didn’t have any experience when it comes to scrapbooking. If only I had Budget Scrapbo

I received copies of the e-book for my honest review.

I'm always looking for a deal and Phyllis follows up her Getting Started book with a wonderful book on how to save money. If you have taken a walk down aisles dedicated to scrapbook in any craft store you may have seen those high prices. Well really any aisle at a craft store. Yes there are sales and coupons, but sometimes even those don't really cut the cost significantly. Phyllis gives a number of really good ideas on where to buy supplies a

Not archive quality tips

Many ideas won't hold up to years of family use. Using things around the house to create a shape from paper or cloth is a very good idea.
