Trip is the last of the Coulter sons to find love. He’s smart…he’s handsome…he’s a shadow op. He’s a man with all the skills a spy needs. But when it comes to relationships, he misses the target. Jane is sweet…she’s beautiful…she’s a cleaning lady. She’s a woman with all the skills a lady needs to sweep a man’s heart right into her hands. She may be wanted for murder, but she has her sights set on Trip. Trip sees her every day, but he never really sees her at all until fate and his bitchy girlfriend bring them together. Nothing about Olivia is average. Not her looks, her body, nor her obnoxiousness. When Olivia turns her full fury on Jane, it’s Trip to the emotional rescue. For him, it’s an opportunity to make amends. For Jane, it’s an opportunity to make dreams come true…to make reality as it was intended to be.

I really enjoyed FATE INTENDED! The characters are wonderful - Jane is cute and sweet and Trip will melt your heart. I also really enjoyed the other characters, especially Sasha and was really rooting for them all. Besides the sweet romance, this story has a lot of secrets going on and it kept me on the edge of my seat wondering how the secrets between them were going to intersect and what they even were - and wow, was I surprised! I love it when I can't guess everything until the reveal. Great romance, great little mystery, and great book.

3.5 actually. I so wish GR would start half stars!!! This is the third in the Coulter series by Elizabeth Seckman, and it was a good read. I'm not sure that I liked it better than Past Due, the first in the series. While I was reading it, I thought I liked it better; now, I'm not so sure. It did have more action and intrigue, but at times it felt disjointed and rushed.

It was a good book for one of my first summer reads. Quick and engaging. Excitement and suspense, but not intense. You get to catch up with Tres and Jenna, as well as Craig and Mollie (although I haven't been able to find this one for Nook so I haven't read it), and Barbara, the overbearing mother who isn't really as overbearing as you may think. All in all, if you're looking for a quick, fun read, this one will keep you entertained and interested.

A wonderful read filled with warm characters and a lot of intrigue that kept me on the edge of my seat. Ms. Seckman has a flair for making characters poignant and oh so real, drawing the reader into their world and whisking you away with the story. Fast-paced, well-written, and action-packed, this is a great book sure to delight any romance reader. Curl up with this one and get ready to be swept away.

Trip Coulter is the youngest in his family and the golden boy. Until he quits his job and becomes a secret spy. His mother and girlfriend don't understand he's trying to find what makes him happy. And though he ended it with his girlfriend, she won't let go. Even when he meets Jane. She's a sweet and beautiful cleaning lady. She's longed after Trip for a while and it's a dream come true when he asks her out. Yet she has her own secrets. Ones that are coming to steal her away from Trip's arms. Will they survive their secrets to make a happily ever after together?

This is the third and my favorite of the Coulter series. Not only does it have a sweet romance, but there's intrigue, action, and danger. Trip might be a shadow op, but Jane's secrets are far more deadly than anyone can imagine. I loved that though she might seem cute and fragile, Jane has great strength in her. She's a survivor and would do anything for those she loves. Trip is smooth and sexy, and just figuring out what he wants in life. He wants Jane. But it's not going to be easy for him.

An excellently written contemporary romance with plenty of danger and suspense. I need to get my hands on Elizabeth Seckman's next book!

Okay, so now I've finished reading all four of the books in this series, even if I did choose to read them in a somewhat random order. Actually, it was (ahem) all intended. Yeah, that's it. I intentionally read these books in such an order that I could save the best for last.

At least, that's how it worked out. If I could, I'd give this book six stars.

Yes, it's a romance, and it involves Trip, the youngest of the Coulter brothers. By virtue of the genre, readers are pretty much assured of getting a happy ending, but this book kinda makes us work for it. So to speak. No cookie cutter story or easy peasy resolutions. There's spies, secrets, and lies. Danger, undercover work, (again, spy stuff... not sleazy stuff...)and an evil Russian. Also, some very good Russians, like our heroine, who has a mega-crush on Trip before she even knows his name. But can a relationship work if neither of them can be totally honest with the other? Maybe for the present, but how about the future? If that evil Russian allows them to have one.

Bottom line? This was a super-duper book. On top of the mysteries and misunderstandings, this book also has a bit more humor than the other three in the series. In short, my kinda book. My guess is you'd enjoy it, too.

I absolutely love this book, all of the books in this series. I fell in love with Elizabeth's writing back when I first read Past Due. I have cried, laughed, and yelled with each book. I love that all of the characters are alive, I can connect with them and their feelings.

In Fate Intended we follow the last Coulter brother, Trip. He is sexy, smart, and you'll fall head over heels in love right from the start.

Jane is a cleaning lady and is secretly crushing on Trip. When Trip's crazy girlfriend verbally attacks Jane Trip chases after her to apologize. His apology turns into a nice little chat which turns into a connection that he just can't pull away from. But their budding relationship just might not survive the secrets that they're each hiding.

Handsome Trip Coulter has Olivia in his life. Liv's a cold-hearted beauty who one day unleashes her anger on Jane, the cleaning lady. Jane seems innocent and sensitive. Trip makes amends with her and apologizes for Olivia’s behavior. Jane is mesmerized, and so is Trip. The two start something that will be hard to end.

This mismatched—yet the perfect match—couple are hiding a lot of things. I wondered if they could get past their secrets. This was a romantic page-turner high on action. This is book 3 in a wonderful series.

Elizabeth Seckman has a talent for crafting three-dimensional characters you can't help but root for, with stories that draw you in. Fate Intended is a fun, yet intense, romance about a mysterious Russian import who falls for an American in her building. The conflict is painted from the beginning, but if you think you know what's unfolding, you're wrong. The ending has a few surprises. Great story, and I'll be reading more by this wonderful author!

Adult romance isn't normally my go-to book, but when it comes to Elizabeth Seckman and her Coulter Series, I am ALL FOR IT! This book is not only hot, sexy, and romantic, but has some intrigue and action that keep left me unable to put it down! I really think Sasha might be my new favorite character, although I still love Jane and (of course) Trip! This is a wonderful book to curl up with.
