How far would Willow go to find the man she loves?

It only took three short months for Project ELE to send sixteen year old Willow Mosby's life spinning out of control. Her family has been torn apart; she merely escaped capture by the Hasting's men and now Alec, her first love, is missing along with her newfound friends. In order to find them, Willow is forced to leave the

First impressions? I have to say I much prefer this cover to 'Project ELE' looks much more intriguing!

Now the book. Totally lived up to my expectations it starts back right where Project Ele finishes. Willow saves her mom and finds out that she is one of the leaders of a group of rebels who have all had the survival shot. And it turns out that they all have super strength and speed. They fight off reapers who want to kill them for their powers. This is not my favourite part however.. Want to kn

A five star read!! Hands down!!

Once finishing Project ELE, I couldn't just sit back and try something else. I just HAD to know what happened to Willow and her crew.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that Finding ELE picked up right where Project ELE left us.

I am totally intrigued with the plethora of abilities that surface in this sequel. The link to eye color just blows my mind. And Willow having as many as she does. Without giving anything away - you will be blown away with what's in store fo

This is the second book in the ELE Series. We pick up where Project ELE left off. Willow has escaped the facility. In Finding ELE, Willow is reunited with her mother & brother. Her Mother is the leader of a resistance front. Her & her group have survived & built a new life for themselves. Willow meets Tony, who, it is obvious, is going to be a rival for Willow's affections with Alec.

I thought this as a great story, well thought out & fast paced. I could barely put it down to go

Review From Amy's Book World:

The dynamic duo of Rebecca Gober and Courtney Nuckels are back with the second installment of the ELE series. This is a much anticipated book because we have to know what happened to Willow. Finding ELE has a different vibe than it's counterpart. This one has more of a apocalyptic survival feel to it since most of the book is outside the confines shelter. It's also action packed and more fast paced. Finding ELE has something for everyone, romance, action, paranormal
I received a copy of Finding ELE from the authors for a honest review. Willow has made it outside a find a whole new world. She finds her mother and little brother and discover they have powers as well. Seems everyone has some kind of power and your eye color reflects what power you have. Willow wants to hunt for Alec and her friends so her mom puts Tony in charge of watching out for her. Along with the past bad guys we find some new evil people as well they are called the Reapers.

Just when I

The Good:
+New characters
+Character growth
+More family involvement
+More world-building

The Bad & The Other:

-Love triangle
-didn't like the portrayal of the new girl and Willow's attitude of “Oh, she's flirty so she must have daddy issues. How sad”.
-Didn't like Willow's use of “man card”. It felt off and I said, “Wait, why is she saying that? Do we still have this shit in the future? Fuuck.”
-No specifics on where they are in the US or anything, so when they travel

I was given this book in return for an honest review. This is the sequel to Project Ele. The book starts at the exact second that the last book ended. I loved that. Usually it' several months later, yada yada. Willow has just found out her mother is alive and so is her little brother. Turns out that the imunizations that everyone were given, have altered everyone in some way. Once activated, each power comes with a different eye color. Willow is the only one known to be able to pick up peoples p ...more

Finding ELE is the second book continuing the story from Project ELE and following the story of Willow, a 16 year old girl having to cope with unimaginable circumstances that are developing around her at the same time as her remarkable powers are evolving.

Where Project ELE left us with Willow escaping the facility and ready to see what life on the outside was like, Finding ELE reunites her with her mother and brother and a team of people that have not only survived but created a whole new life

Disclaimer: I received an e-copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Wow! That's what first comes to mind when I think of "Finding ELE". It picks up exactly where "Project ELE" ended, and the story just builds from there. We follow Willow as she meets her mother's group of survivors, tries to both explain and deal with her boatload of powers, and starts to train with Tony, her mother's right-hand and her new protector. On top of all this, Willow's friends are still nowhere to be found,

Courtney and Rebecca have outdone themselves in the 2nd book in this series. It starts straight back from where we left them in 'Project Ele' and carries on with more great development of the characters we all love and the build up of an already creative plot. You will find lots of Unexpected Twists in this book, along with many surprises - some arriving when they are least wanted.

I am TEAM TONY all the way and I can't wait to f

This is the second book in the ELE series, and let me tell you, it is just as awesomesauce as the first!

The story takes no time to pull you in. It picks up, just as expected, where the first one left off. Willow has dodged a certain death in the facility and made it to the outside world. It's not as hot as she expected, but things are definitely different.

Willow is finally reunited with her mother and she finds out there is a war in progress, and strangely enough, her mom is a leader. Some of Wi

This is gonna be a short review as I don’t want to spoil it for anybody. The cliffhanger from book one finds Willow on the outside, with more powers than one teenager should have, and a suprising reunion with a mother that is now a warrior. Life on the outside is full of danger. The Reapers are out to take lives and take powers. Stuck searching for her friends, not knowing if they are alive or dead, worrying that her mother’s people won’t accept her, learning how to protect herself in this new, ...more

So this begins right where Project ELE leaves off.. with Willow escaping the mountain shelter in search of her friends and boyfriend, only to find her mum dying in front of her whilst a war wages on around them.

This book is every bit as enjoyable and exciting as the first and I honestly couldn't put it down, result being I managed to read it in a few short hours while everyone else slept.
I cant say I'm a fan of the ending.. I mean who is ever really happy when a book ends? Once again the story

This was a highly anticipated read for me and I was not disappointed. The 2nd book in this series is so awesomely written it kept me in captivated to its pages from the start. I was amazed how well I was drawn back into the story after the first book left off. I love Willow as a main character and how she deals with all that she has to deal with at the age of 16 years old. Willow is a strong young woman and I so love that. Will Willow find her friends and what will she find when she is out on th ...more

Also love Willow's family/friends relationships & great bad guys, the ones you love to hate!!!! I received this as a gift for an honest review. Having loved Project ELE, I couldn't wait to get my hands on its sequel. Finding ELE was just as amazing as this first if not better. Willow finds herself reunited with her mother. And learns that the heating never happened. In fact the temperatures aren't bad at all. Something the government doesn't want the people in the shelter to know about it.

Being separated from her friends and father. She is determined to get them back. While doing so she g

WOW……Lots of action, suspence, and tears. I really enjoyed reading this story. A lot more goes on and we learn more about the characters in the story. Each character is so strong and has their own personalities and abilities to make it a very enjoyable read. Its a MUST read YA that will have you hooked from beginning to end. Willow is such a strong willed and hard headed character that you will be ready to know
One word WOW! Read this sequel to Project ELE in one sitting I was so captivated in finding out what happened to Connor, Claire, Alec and of course Willow. I love these books ladies but have got to say you are the Queens of the cliffhanger ending. Hope its not too long before the next book is out.

Really enjoyed it!! I hate love triangles tho, so I'm hoping Tony gets a girl in the beginning of the next book. He's really a great guy and deserves someone who will love him. Of course willow is gonna end up with Alec so he shouldn't have to suffer long. Great read tho, highly recommend it!! Good job ladies!!

We start off right where Project ELE left off, which I love! A lot of book series do not do that, but a lot of writers aren't as awesome sauce as Courtney and Rebecca! Willow found her mother outside The Shelter and we are introduced to a lot of new people. A lot, seriously. An army basically. We also get some answers as to what is going on. Well, not really answers, but we at least know what happened to everyone that did not make it into The Shelter. It's an all around good book. Now, lets get ...more

My previous review of the first book yielded a lower rating. I am happy to say that the second book was an improvement from the first. The story was clean and consistent. There were much fewer spelling and grammatical errors, and the story line and character development were both strong and well written. There were still a few typos and several vocabulary issues (misuse of a word), but only a little more than half as many issues as the first book. It was a drastic improvement. This series has ca ...more
