So Real
I really enjoyed this book. I love that Ginger was strong and successful, and yet she still fell into a relationship that many women have/had fallen into. She was to overcome and find love again. I did have a problem with some of the grammar, I am assuming maybe something happened when books are in the ebook format. On to book 3

Editing Needed
The plot is great; yet, some grammar and spelling errors hinders and ruins the flow of clear and cohesive reading. I love novels about the family, and I will freely assist in editing your books because you are on your way to becoming a great author; thus, I truly want you to become more successful. I am a retired English teacher who loves to read!

You have got to love this family. I really do. What they represent, their values and their issues. Really need to proof read before going to print, the grammatical errors or typos have you reading the same sentence a couple times. Enjoyed Ginger & Marcus' story, looking forward to the next book in is series to see which sister will fall in love next.

Edit..
A good book with need of a good editing. You have to insert or delete words in sentences for them to make sense. A few scenes have the wrong characters name and you have re-read to put in proper context.

Where is good editor when you need them?
Her stories would be really good without all the errors. I only kept reading to see the end. By the time I thought I would get through another paragraph without an error, here comes another.

Sweet story
This was a sweet story. I enjoyed the book from beginning to end. I would recommend this book to all of my family and friends.

No... Just no.
This is the second book in this "series" and I'm not continuing in. There were sooooo many grammatical errors that even I who doesn't mind a few errors here and there had to keep rereading parts over again to fix the wrong word. The second problem was that the story had a plethora of plot holes. Names were mixed up. Ages as well and the timeline was just awful. The first book told the story of the woman being pregnant with twins with a 6year old son. In this book the twin girls are 10 months and the son is somehow 11... What. The. Hell. The hair colors and skin colors were changing. The eye color changed as well. The first book said they had grey eyes then everyone had hazel. There were a lot of other problems in the story as well like the Insta love and no building of the relationship. I never mind Insta love or attraction as long as it's held in realistic standards in a world that is real.
I have biracial children so I love a story about light colored black people, however I felt that this author is portraying a "type" of black person that you see in the music videos and the medias definition of beauty. Light skin and light eyes... In other word last the closest to white. Why are all the men and women in the books light colored with colored eyes. It's not a bad thing, but most black people have brown eyes and brown skin. It was a weird feeling that I was getting. All black people of ALL colors are beautiful so it was disheartening to see a pattern with both the women and the men.
The author could improve in dialogue and conversations. They weren't really believable. As well as some of the situations. For example, why would a family who KNOWS that their, sister, daughter,and employer let a man who beat her up talk to her alone? Then why would that same assistant let the man come to the office and walk away...?? These scenarios were just completely unrealistic of the characters personalities.

Editing
The editing process was a little better but still needed some fine tuning. Would have given three stars if the editing was better. Glad it's a free book.
