A must read for pregnant mom's! I took Aisha Alhajjar's childbirth classes when I was pregnant with my 3rd child, and it made a huuuuuuuge difference in my birth experience! Pregnant mom's need to inform themselves well, it makes the whole pregnancy and labor so much easier if you know what to expect and what to do to make labor easier.
The natural lifestyle is the way! Natural childbirth is the best thing on how to deliver a baby. Sometimes it may not be easy to stand against doctors and nurses
