Great textbook! I love that the excerpts from the cases are in the book that way everything is in one place and it’s saved the time of actually having to look up the full judgments. It’s really nice to have that all in print to annotate and highlight unlike using the weird out of date websites for cases. The commentaries are very interesting and have been very helpful. Again, the focus on the text cases/ legislation is so much better than those textbooks where you read it, get a two sentence summary, with the case in the footnotes, but then still have to go look at something else. Overall probably the best law textbook I’ve used so far.

It's a comprehensive tort book with cases included. But I'm kind of lazy. Still can't get over the thickness of it. But I've read a few chapters.

Only read a few chapters. I still can't finish this yet ahtough my exam has passed and I did read up for my exam. There's a good commentary on the cases. This might take years...
