Ex-spouses are perfectly capable of playing it cool professionally…aren't they?
One year ago Mike Lundquist was a nobody sports writer. Now he's the hot racing columnist. And he's genuinely shocked to spot his ex-wife swapping canapés with the guys. What's she doing on his turf?
Taylor Robinson knows the media. She knows NASCAR…and she's determined to be the best PR flack this side of the Smokies. Her swagger lasts all of two hours, though―until she discovers the one reporter she has to woo is her ex-husband!
If they're going to work together they'd better play fair. Especially since there's nothing cool about their feelings for each other.…

Taylor Robison is NASCAR rookie driver Hank Mission's new PR manager. She's completely surprised when she runs into her ex-husband, who is a racing reporter. Taylor Robinson and Mike Lundquist divorced years ago, never expecting to see each other again and now they are going to have to work together.
I felt like Nancy Warren did a great job of researching NASCAR and adding some true to life elements to the story. There was a lot of tension between Taylor and Mike at first, but readers know they belong together and will root for them. I thought Turn Two was a fun story, filled with emotion, and good chemistry.
Turn Two by Nancy Warren Harlequin NASCAR Library Series Taylor Robinson has just returned from Australia. It was time to get back to work. After a few tragedies she ran away from her marriage and everything else. The last thing she expected to find in her new PR job for a rookie in NASCAR was her ex-husband. No matter how far you run it seems life has a way of finding you.
Mike Lundquist had tried to forget the woman who ran away from him and left him to deal with their home and all the pieces of their broken marriage. Seeing her again let him know that he failed at putting her behind him. And now they’d be working closely in the NASCAR world, she needed to get her rookie in the news and Mike was one of the main reporters she’d have to schmooze, he liked that idea.
Another great addition to the NASCAR series. This book continues where Speed Dating left off. Dylan and Kendall have an active part in this book as they continue their relationship. Carl Edwards makes another cameo appearance in this book as well. http://justjudysjumbles.blogspot.com/...
I don't know why, but I'm really enjoying the NASCAR line Harlequin has. I bought this book because it's by Nancy Warren. I read it in a day and a half because I loved the characters and the story. There are also familiar characters from Speed Dating to make the story more satisfying.
There were a few sappy moments and the ending was rushed, but I still liked it. The conflict was resolved a little too easily by the two main characters talking honestly to each other. Most of the time the complaint is if they'd just use their grown up words there would be no misunderstanding standing in the way of the HEA. Author's can't win for losing on that argument.
I will continue to buy books because I see Nancy Warren's name under the title. She never disappoints.
Fun story set in the NASCAR world with interesting enough car racing action but the romance didn't really get going until the last quarter of the book. Once it got started it had my favorite plot where male pursues female. Taylor takes a PR job promoting rookie driver when she runs into her ex-husband who is a racing reporter.
