Read the entire book on a plane flight from SLC to Columbus. Didn't take very long- only 70 pages and includes recipes. Easy understandable read- more like having a conversation with Dr. Johnson. Learned several things I am doing wrong- main one is that my hour in the gym doing the treadmill and elliptical aren't doing what I really need! Can't wait to update after I begin applying all the principles.
