资治通鉴
《资治通鉴》是由北宋著名史学家、政治家司马光和他的助手刘攽、刘恕、范祖禹、司马康等人历时十九年编纂的一部规模空前的编年体通史巨著，记载了从战国到五代共1326年的史实。在这部书里，编者总结出许多经验教训，供统治者借鉴。全书共294卷，分为十六纪，另有《考异》、《目录》各三十卷。其内容多以政治、军事和民族关系为主，兼及经济、文化、和历史人物评价，目的是通过对事关国家盛衰、民族兴亡的统治阶级政策的描述警示后人。

It is indeed an unchanging truth to read history to make sense of it. Among the ancient books, "Zizhi Tongjian" is one of the best. Since the completion of this masterpiece by Sima Guang of Song Dynasty, how many generations of Crown Princes were required to read "Zizhi Tongjian". To this day, this book has an important role to play. It teaches us the truths of faith, wisdom, courage and perseverance.
Here, I'll pick the one I feel most deeply about. During the reign of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, Huo went to the right place as a young man and became a general. He was the Hussar General of the Han Dynasty, with great achievements, and was a leader in killing the enemy. However, he was not a rich son who could appreciate the hardships of soldiers. Every time he fought, there were several large carts of reserve supplies specially prepared for him, and often there were still supplies left after the battle. However, ordinary soldiers could be hungry and cold. On the contrary, Li Guang, the general of the same period, everyone knows his great battle achievements, and the Xiongnu were even more fearful of him. But what is more worth learning is Li Guang's love and consideration for his subordinates. It was this kind of superior who really integrated into the masses that gained the true support and trust. Although Li Guang was never able to be a marquis for various reasons, he was more like a great general in the hearts of many people. In contrast, Huo went on to become since he was able to have the courage and strategy to be blessed with heaven. Li Guang's benevolence, Li Guang's Strategies, Li Guang's courage, Li Guang's ability created this general who has been known for centuries. If we become a leader in the future, we must not only have the ability, but also know the art of getting along with subordinates. Cooperation, assistance, win-win, mutual understanding are what we have to learn.
From a small person to a large country, "Zizhi Tongjian" provides us with a typical example to learn from, so let's read it sometime to understand the history of our country and learn from it the truth of being a person and even governing.
