This was the textbook for my MBA course on scientific management techniques. It was a few years ago, so the content is a bit hazy. I do remember the text being good, however.

there is a network diagram in this book which shows barcelona with number seven...my favorite city with my lucky number. i passed the class btw

I had to read this for my Quantitative Methods class. Gave some good information, for the course I taken.
