This was a such a cute story by David Chuka. I haven't read his other books, but really enoyed the humor and how he taught an important lesson.

Billy and the Monster Who Ate All the Easter Eggs is a lovely picture book with an underlying message about moderation. When Billy and Monster visit Grandma Chocalicious for Easter, they stumble upon a giant pyramid of chocolate Easter eggs that she created for Easter Sunday. When Billy and Monster wake up after midnight, they decide that since it is technically Easter they can have one of those tempting eggs, then another, then another, and so on until they are stuffed full of chocolate.

This was another wonderful book by David Chuka. In this book Billy and his best friend the monster talk about all of the holidays they like. Their favorite holiday is Easter. Their dad comes in to tell them they are visiting their Grandma Chocolicious. His grandma loves everything chocolate. She makes chocolate donuts and other goodies for them. In the middle of her kitchen is a pyramid of chocolate Easter Eggs. They are told they can’t have any until Easter Sunday. They go to bed and dream and ...more

Billy and the Monster Who Ate All the Easter Eggs.
David Chuka has a team of lovely children's books published and this one is a delightful addition.

Beautifully written, the message is clear and simple as a funny educational tool which children can all relate to. It brought a distant childhood memory and some chuckles.

I remember waking up one Easter morning back in the late 1940's (doesn't that date me?!) and sneaking to the wardrobe in my parents room where I managed to locate and extricate the

This was another cute story from David Chuka, featuring Billy and his monster. As usual, both Billy and his monster released "ginormous" farts, but only one time in this book. Mainly, this story teaches Billy (and his monster) about moderation. When he and his monster snuck downstairs and ate all of Grandma's chocolate easter eggs, they didn't feel very good afterwards. Plus, they both got into trouble, because Grandma had already told them the eggs weren't for them.

But Billy learned his lesson,

Billy and his friend Monster go to the house of Grandma Chocalicious for their favorite holiday, Easter. She warns them not to touch the chocolate Easter eggs until Easter Sunday. But 12:30am means it's now Easter, doesn't it? What will Billy and Monster get up to?

Billy and Monster learn about the importance of moderation. They also learn that there are both emotional and physical consequences to over-indulging. The fart monster strikes again! I think this is a series that young children, especi

Billy and his Monster get into some more trouble, even when they are trying hard to be good. Grandma Chocalicious will not be happy when they eat the chocolate Easter Eggs! Even though they waited until Easter Morning (Sort of). Another Billy and Monster book with fun illustrations and even farts! Your early school age kid will find it hilarious!

David Chuka lives in London with his lovely wife and two adorable children. His family are usually the first people to hear his funny and quirky tales.
