Illustrations not the best BUT fascinating looks at styles persisting through time. (Often a deliberate reference of course).

This is a textbook on fashion history. I found it at a used bookstore - it was published around 1990. I am about as ignorant as one can possibly be about fashion, so every page was new and interesting to me.
