Bad narrator but I listen to BARD (National Library. service for the Blind and Print Disabled or Library of Congress, Braille and Audio Reading Download). The older books thru BARD had their own narrators. Some good ,some ok but newer books are usually commercial books like Library audio books. It's allowed me to " read" where I wouldn't be able to without it.This narrator was just bland so it took enjoyment out of a nice ghost story. I'm going to try getting it from my library with a different narrator and see if it's as cute and spooky as I think it is. Great program.

I thought that the story was very interesting because it’s scary story and the main character Gina buys her Nana’s house. I also like how the author makes the story very scary by making a baby cry in the story which creeps the family out even more.
In the beginning of the story, Gina is thinking about buying her Nana’s house but her father doesn't like the idea because he says that the house is very old and it’s going to need a lot of repairing, and they aren’t in the house alone all of a sudden they hear a baby crying but they don’t see a baby anywhere.
Gina’s dad develops in the story a lot because in the beginning of the story Gina is thinking of buying her grandmother Nana’s house and her father doesn’t want her to buy it because he said that the house needs a lot of repairing and Gina doesn’t listen to her father and still buys the house and Gina’s father is mad at her and doesn’t go to the house at all. Until, the Christmas dinner comes around and Gina invited her father and her father is a whole different person he is apologizing to her because he loves like reliving the memories in the Nana’s house and Gina’s dad is talking to the family like he didn’t say anything and he didn’t want to come to the Christmas dinner. Gina’s dad develops the theme because he didn’t want to go to the house because it needed a lot of repairing and Gina didn’t obey him but he goes to the Christmas dinner and he loves reliving the memories he lives in the house, the theme of this story or character is don’t judge or say anything if you haven’t tried it out and experienced it.
Gina’s dad developed it the story by going to the Christmas dinner at Gina’s house that used to be Nana’s house. Gina’s dad understood that you shouldn’t say anything if you haven’t been somewhere, like he said that he didn’t want to go to Gina’s Christmas dinner.
