Her destiny was written for her, long before she was ever born. She embraced it, wanting nothing more than to give everything within her back to the sport in which she was considered royalty. Her family’s legacy would live on, revered by all. And she thrived on the long work days she spent teaching at the academy her blood was tied to. Alexandra Sterling needed that dirt t ...more

Okay first I have to say that this series is kick a$$! I have not read the first three books and when I realized that this was the fourth one I could have kicked myself because it was easy enough to follow along but I felt like I was missing some key elements with certain characters. So I will be reading the next three very soon because there us definitely a back story that I missed.

This is Alex and Dallas story and wow just wow what a story. Alex has loved Dallas her whole life and she knows th

Having not read any of the other books in this series I must say I’m impressed. Racing to Love works as a stand-alone though other characters from previous books are present, it will not ruin any surprises for you if you are to go back and read like I plan to. I will definitely be going back and reading about many of the main characters family members as they discover their own loving relationship.

Racing to Love was a beautiful story of friends wh

As soon as Wendy sent me the synopsis to this book I knew I had to read it. I practically begged her to allow me to do this one. It pulled me in right from the start and I couldn’t get it out of my head.
I was a bit concerned at first as I hadn’t read the first 3 books. I thought I’d have missed something important, but was quickly proven I had nothing to worry about. Alex’s Destiny can be read as a stand-alone, although characters from the previous books

After reading this entire series, I must place it among my favorites. I love this "family" and the incredible and beautiful bonds they have, the way they overcome hardships, the way they unconditionally love each other; their hearts and love abound. While each book in the series can be read as a standalone, I highly recommend reading them all and in order. There is a certain build-up and flow of characters that completely captured me and had me inhaling each book. Alex's Destiny is the final boo ...more

Wow just.. wow. Amy doesn't fail to do it again with book 4 in the series. She knows how to have that perfect balance of love, suspense and drama. The drama is an undercurrent that is ongoing as a beautiful story of two soul mates is told. It's a story filled with heart ache and pain, and not just for Alex, for the whole family. What impacts and happens to Alex, happens to the whole family.. They hurt together. They are happy together. They are this hugely close tightly knit family. Amy doesn't ...more

I'm a big fan of Amy Gregory and of this series. I had mixed emotions about reading this book. I was so excited to read about Alex and Dallas but sad to see this wonderful series, that I have grown to love so much, come to an end. I think that this story was definitely my favorite of the series. I also think that it was the most emotional and I loved every second of it!!

I fell in love with the potential romance between Alex and Dallas in Eli's Honor. They were so cute together and I loved how Al

I really must stop reading books that make me cry, this one was no exception.

Alex has loved Dallas since she was three years old, he's loved her just as long but tried to ignore his feelings as he thinks of her as family and too young for him, no matter how much he loves her. Dallas breaks her heart and leaves and that's when the real story begins.

Alex is one of the strongest characters you will come across, she's brave, talented, wealthy but with no airs and graces, and she is loved uncondition

Oh my god go buy this book!! BOOM-I'm out. Ok just kidding I'll say more. :) I freaking loved this book. I was traveling a lot for work so I again was reading in the airport and while on the plane. I now know the pleasures of silently crying like a baby in public. lol This book broke my heart almost from the start. Alex has her heart-broken by the love of her life and then finds herself almost beaten to death. This book is more

Alex is the daughter of two great racers, she is the darling daughter of the racing world, she teaches at her familys racing school and has been in love with her best friend since she was three years old. Dallas is son of a great racer, a pro-racer himself and while he loves Alex he would rather push her away and let her go than mess up the close family friendships they all have. When things go bad, Alex is hurt and Dallas is the only who can

The premise of this story got my attention especially in today's world where there are so many re-marriages and step families and the lines between blood families and non-blood families are blurred. Would you get involved with or date someone when you've been raised together as relatives?

I understood Dallas' conflict especially since he was older and had always been her protector. This made him endearing. Alex is a likeable strong female character. Their chemistry and emotional entanglement is p

Even though I was so sad this seires was ending and part of me didn't want to read it cause I love the Racing to Love boys, I sucked it up and started reading... And, for me, Amy did not disappoint! For me the most emotional book of the series, I cried, laughed, cried, wanted to throw my tablet against the wall:-) But yet I loved every word. True to her characters, and herself, Amy beautifully told the final (:-) hmmm...) Noland love story. A love story built and began before Alex and Dallas bar ...more

Like the other books in this series you meet the same characters and love them even more. This one is about Alexandra or Alex and Dallas. Back is the love and drama from each story in this series. Alex and Dallas are the best of friends, they both love each other too they meet when they are younger and Dallas is 7 years older than her, he thinks of her as a kid and she adores him. Their heartbreak is something they don't think they'll get over. But when Alex needs Dallas he is there for her. Ver

4.3 Star Review - Alex’s Destiny

I recommend this book.

This book is about friends to lovers.

Dallas is seven years older than Alex so that leads to issues. He thinks he is too old for her and she is too young for him. Even with this difference they are really close. They talk every day.

It was only a matter of time before someone got there heart broken. After Dallas breaks Alex's heart what will happen with the relationship.

Will even the friendship survive the aftermath or is all lost

I absolutely LOVE this series!!! It's so fun watching the entire family grow. I can't wait to read Mike's story!!

3 stars.

I was actually surprised with how much I enjoyed this story! We start out with Alex in the hospital, and Dallas blaming himself for not being able to protect her. We know that something terrible has happened to her, and the next chapter takes us back two weeks prior, where we meet Alex, the twenty-three year old heroine of the book.
Some days she was a pony tail and no make-up kind of girl, some days she was a run-way bomb shell. A princess with manners, and a total tomboy all wrapped up

I know I said this about the last review I did of an Amy Gregory book, but I think it applies to this book and series too… I love the characters in Amy Gregory’s books. They are not superheroes and are not made of wealth. They are people I can relate to on a personal level. Their lives guided not by fortune but by love. I love that about her books. They don’t feel like larger than life characters. For me that is a huge bonus with them. I fall deeper and deeper in love with her characters the mor ...more

I love Amy Gregory's Racing to Love series. I love her fabulous characters, her exciting plots and sweet and steamy love stories. I loved meeting the gang in the first book, Carter's Treasure, and watching Molly and Carter fall in love. In book four, Alex's Destiny, we see all the Racing to Love family living their dream of a racing school and meet Molly and Carter's twins, this is the story of their daughter Alex finding her own happily ever after.

Alex is exactly like I expected. She's playful

This book was amazing to me. It had two of my favorite subjects in a book - Hot Sports Heroes (Motocross in this one) and childhood friends who fall in love. Alex's Destiny is the 4th book in the Racing for Love Series but can totally be read as a stand alone.

Alex has know Dallas since she was 3 years old and even though Dallas is seven years her senior, they have always been close. Although they are not blood related, they have always called each other cousins with their parents being Aunts and

Alex’s Destiny is another great story in the Racing to Love series. Alex has loved Dallas forever, saved herself for him, etc. But when he brings home another girl, her heart breaks… but not her spirit. She shows how truly strong she is in so many ways. Dallas is not some uncaring or player type, he’s in love with Alex too, but he fears what would happen to his family if he went after his heart's desire.

As always, time moves forward, but instead of moving with it, Alex slowly slips through her l

Ill admit. I havent read the first 3 books in the series and I feel ashamed because of that. But after I read Alexs Destiny those 3 books are definitely on the top of my TBR list.

Alexs Destiny, the forth book in Racing to Love series, is the story of Alexandra Sterling, Alex, and a guy she knew was her destiny since the first time she saw him Dallas Hunter, a pro motocross rider.

Dallas thought that the 7 year difference between then was a big thing. That he is too old for her. But he is not. Lov

Amy Gregory taps into the unconditional love that first-time sweethearts have no fear of expressing. She channels the voice of a young women who knows what her heart wants; and yet, nagging insecurities continue to block her from the one man that her heart beckons her to pursue. The author has a perceptive voice and a visceral understanding of a young woman who is torn between allowing her desire to lead the way and doubting the accuracy of her compass.

I loved this book. This series continues to get better book after book page after page... I love the family and friendships this series brings to life. There were moments in this story it was emotionally gut wrenching, but by far this series continues to age like fine wine.
