Don't judge a book by its title!! I was initially put off by the word 'anarchists' as that is not a way I would describe myself. However, I was persuaded to read it anyway and I'm glad I did. I work with a lot of charities and always wanted to work in one one day, but have been somewhat put off by a lot of the office politics, bureaucracy and general uselessness of processes which stops people connecting to the cause.
