cómo dice el título, muchas cosas son de "sentido común". Pero como muchas veces se dice, el sentido común es el menos común de los sentidos. Da buenas ideas para el mundo fabril. Recomendado tanto para los ingenieros que se inician en este mundo, como para séniors que ayudará a portar claridad en ciertas ideas.

A practical guide on Asset performance management excellence

a very good read for maintenance , reliability professionals. Also highly recommended for new Joiner in this domain to build a thorough understanding of Asset performance management.
