Avery mixed bag. The early chapters are good on the history but the further I went the less I enjoyed it I'm afraid.

This is A really interesting book about pantomime, Highly Recommended.

Interesting but seemed to jump around a little. Also contained lots of information about actors and theatre owners, some of which was unnecessary detail.
The most interesting part was how the structure of pantos has changed over the centuries, but I found some of the elements hard to comprehend.
