Some new information for me in this one. I've looked at so many books on back pain in the past couple of months, and most repeat the same advice (but in a way that is helpful, as well). A few new practices to try here. If this had been the first one I'd read, I would be more impressed.

The emphasis on the mind/body connection cannot be overstated - attitude is everything.

Fairly easy to read and understand. The author emphasizes the importance of a correct diagnosis. I didn't read it word for word, but it seemed useful and has good diagrams and a good index.

Informative. But maybe a little to heavy on the mind/body connection.
