Of course I already knew SQL, but I needed some practice using SQL Server Management Studio, which I didn't really get. I felt I was spending more time googling review questions after an exhaustive search revealed either no mention of the answer anywhere in the book or the question was completely nonsensical.

Starts out pretty basic and then approaches some more complex ideas. Pretty easy to follow and gives really good examples. Good to keep as a reference guide.
