These last few months have been agony waiting for the long-awaited, Zombie Fallout 7! Have you ever read a book or series that just sticks with you? You find yourself talking about it all the time, thinking about the characters a lot or recommending it to as many people as possible because you just can't wait to have new people to talk with about it? This is the series that did that to me!! I knew I found a gem when I stumbled upon the first Zombie Fallout book and, here I am 7 books later, just ...more

OH my! so much emotion in this one.
I was thrown back into the action straight off, some small recaps so I was not totally confused, which was great.

Its nice to see the return/gathering of some "lost" characters.

My main "fun" moment was the return of Trip - how can you not love this guy, his escape and find is amazing and really brought a sense of humour to the whole thing.
I have to admit that I found this episode very hard going on the emotions, its a real rollercoaster.

Some new elements were in

When I grow up, I want to be Mark Tufo! This author is fantastic. He manages to once again spin a tale of terror while still managing to make me laugh out loud. His newest piece of work has earned the coveted Five-Star Fire Rating from the Bookie Monster.

Zombie Fallout 7 is the latest in Tufo's line of great titles. Without Eliza to keep the zombies at bay, it's an all out dog fight for the survival of Mike Talbot and company. The race against time is on for BT and Justin, still infected and in

If you have read my previous reviews of the other Zombie Fallout books, you know I’m a big fan of the series. Tufo has a unique style in his writing; he combines the dark and gritty reality of zombies with some just as dark and gritty humor. I don’t know this for fact but it seems that Mark is a family man. There are scenes in his books that really pull at the heart, he really makes you feel what the Talbots are feel

Loved it! Was waiting to read it as I knew I would devour it super quick (did the whole book in 2 nights!) so now I'm patiently waiting for ZF8 (or at least Book of Riley to tide me over). Think this was favourite book in the series so far, I am quite partial to John the Tripper, he's hysterical. Action, romance (well nooky anyway), sorrow, laughter, fart jokes! What's not to love. I've recommended this series to nearly everyone I know.

Well here we have it, the 7th book in the Zombie Fallout series & it dosen't dissapoint. The gangs all here & Mike, well he's just Mike. There are close calls aplenty, & a few secrets revealed regarding the origin of the outbreak, & the part played by in it by a certain little old lady. The way this book finishes, book 8 should be a cracker, I can't wait.

What happens when the Queen of the Zombies has been killed? Quite a lot and it is fascinating and great. Trying to save his son and best friend, we follow Michael Talbot on an adventure to find a doctor, who could possibly save them. We find out a lot about Miss Danoe. Oh this is a great novel which is one of the best of the series and I can't wait for the next one.
This book was awesome, can't wait to read the next book!!!!!!!!!! XD

When you think there isn’t much more Tufo can do and then you start book 7!!!! This book gives you more insight on the origins and gives you more people to hate. But I love this crew and can’t wait to get book 8.
I do, do the audiobooks and if you haven’t tried them, you are missing out!! Sean Runnette is amazing and I think I’ve added him to my phone book list!

If you haven’t read this series start now, if you’re not sure about book 7. Don’t worry just do it!!!

I waited for ages and on tender hooks to read book 7, this has to be my all time favorite zombie series and it didn't disappoint. I must have read near on over 100 zombie apocalyptic books; yes you can say Im addicted with no cure; I just cant get enough of them. But some series/stories really stick in your head and this is most certainly one of them, all 7 of them!
Mark Tufo writes with a compelling and gripping style which is so realistic and believable you you just cannot put the book down...i

Well, I am a massive fan of Mark Tufo. His characters are fabulously realistic and the humour he injects is wonderful. I eagerly awaited this book for two reasons;
I love Talbot and clan and was missing them and worried for BT and Justin
I wanted to see what Trip and BT made of each other!

This was a great book, full of the things that make Tufo's writing great. I really enjoyed the development of the story, the consequences of Eliza's demise and the urgency of saving two beloved characters. I enjo
While Stephanie and Trip are getting thrown out of their group, Michael and Tommy discover something that damn near tears both of their lives down. Outside of an Apartment building, they discover the zombiefied girl, Melonie, his brother Rob and Nancy's missing daughter. Unable to leave her, he shoot her in the head, but not before returning later with BT to bury her. As the zombies get smarter in their tactics, being able to open doors, as well as obtaining patrols to guard hibernating nests, i ...more

Been eagerly awaiting with great anticipation for the continuation of Zombie Fallout series and it was well worth the wait. Mark Tufo has continued to enthrall with his unique style of writing. In the continuing adventures(or misadventures)of Michael Talbot, he once again has taken us through every emotion conceivable. If you are a fan of the ZF series or just a fan of the writer, you will know this is the normal state for the reader. I was laughing out loud within the first 5-6 pages. Then I wa ...more

I honestly don't know why i keep reading these. This firmly fit into the 2 star category for me. "It was OK". I really enjoyed the first 5 or so of them, read number 6 to see how it ended.

Then this book comes along. Eliza is dead now and Tufo seemed to be struggling with the plot. How the hell does Michael Talbot not realize pretty much all the time that he's a super strong half vampire? The snark in this edition seemed kind of forced, as well. Lacked any kind of ending. The last 10% of the boo

Number 7 is another wonderful edition in the Zombie fallout series. Mike Talbot and crew continue their way through the zombie apocalypse making their way in and out of trouble as they try and make their way. This follows the same pattern as the previous 6, with a bit of a twist when it comes to the zombies. Full of smart ass remarks and the return of John the tripper for some great laughs if you liked the ones before it you should definitely pick this one up. If you didn’t, why the hell are you ...more

Thank you Mark Tufo for putting Eliza "in the past" I am excited about these books again. I'm a huge fan pre-Eliza. I'm so glad I didn't give up on this series bc I absolutely love Mike Talbot and BT. This latest addition to the series goes back to the true love story between the two ;) they are so funny! It's back to kicking zombie butt and the zombies have become terrifying!! I love books in this genre that take already scary ideas of zombies and take it up a notch i.e. running zombies vs slow ...more

I thought that the series was complete at the end of ZF6, and I was tentative to move into the subsequent #7, as I didn't think there was much more to say or places to go. I was wrong. This was a great addition to the series, and it wasn't repetitive or redundant and offers up a whole new direction for the Talbot clan to explore. I will continue to be a ZF follower. And if you haven't done so already, get the series on audiobook. Sean Runnette brings these books to life better than any other nar ...more

The rating I gave this book is not because I disliked the continuation of the series, but if this is the last book in the series, for me, it is definitely not concluded. I really enjoyed this book, and I am very glad I opted to listen to it on audio, narrated by Sean Runnette. Love Tufo's writing style, and Runnette's performance was second to none.
With Eliza now out of the picture, Mike Talbot continues to be one of my most favourite characters of all time, his personality is as hilarious as it

The banter and mental detours of Mike Talbot are funny and entertaining. The actual construct of these books, however, sometimes pisses me off. Too many side stories of reminiscing of the good ol' times when beer flowed and substances were ingested, and boy, we all laughed and laughed ... tiresome after a while which more often than not seems like padding and doesn't move the story forward. We get it - there was partying. The main characters of Mike, Tommy, BT and Mrs. D. are interesting and wel ...more

I wan't to complain that some of the plot events are starting to stretch my suspension of disbelief, I want to say that even in the context of a zombie novel with vampires and a man being jerked around by a pissed off trickster god, that this is getting a bit much. I want to say these things, but they honestly don't bother me. I am not reading the Zombie Fallout books for realistic, probable or even believable plots, I am reading them for the excitement, for the humor and most importantly for th ...more
