I wouldn't normally review a book like this on Goodreads because it's not the kind of book you sit down and read, cover to cover. But I need a place to share with others the information that this book is absolutely golden. I took math in high school, topping out at AP Calculus. But that was a long time ago and I have forgotten a lot of things! The beauty of this book is that you can go directly to the section you need and get the exact information you want. You don't have to have read pages 1-120 to understand page 121, and the index is really good at pointing you in the right direction.

Last night I helped my daughter with her trigonometry homework for an hour and thanks to this book, it was a positive, empowering experience rather than an exercise in frustration. It's perfect for the designated math-homework-helper who knew this stuff...once...a long time ago...and just needs a little help remembering how it all works.

Amazing help for children and adults. This book is golden. It breaks everything down into bite sized pieces and covers topics from the simple to the daunting. I home educate 2 children of SATs ages; one of them has a gift for Maths, the other struggles, and I work with foreign currency, all of us are benefitting from this book. Highly recommended.
