Thrust into a reality that should be myth, Honor does what she has to do to survive. Some things are easy to say goodbye to. Others things, like her very being, are not so easy to let go of. And when she does, what then? What will she become?

Rating: Top Shelf; the series continues and you won't be disappointed.

You know you're in for some twists and turns when even the main characters have no idea what is going on.  I fell right back into this storyline a couple months after reading Ordinary  (been patiently waiting, NOT).  The characters are so full of life and de

Hope. Defiance. Right vs Wrong. Reaching potential. Losing control. Giving up. Submitting. The second installment of the Anything But…series, Unremarkable, is riddled with good vs bad. It’s filled with people doing what they perceive is the right thing, and yet are thwarted and end up doing the wrong. The relationships between the characters are strained, they are coming to a head, they appear to be self-destructing. The one thing that Honor has learned and kept with her from Isaac, is that she ...more

It's taken me longer than normal to come up with a review for this book because I simply couldn't find the words that described it for me. What I loved about this book the most I think was the attention to the plot. It reminds me of the old tv shows and movies where they didn't need special effects, they just relied on pure plot and little details to make it amazing. It's classic that way.

I didn't expect what I got with this book. The synopsis doesn't do it justice… I honestly do

Unremarkable takes place six months after the end of Ordinary, and we see Honor waking up and being fed a bunch of **** by Superior Augustus.

I want to discuss him a little bit. He's psycho, and I usually try to find a tiny bit of good in all the villains of the books I read, but I haven't been able to find one single redeeming quality in him. And I don't want to either because I thoroughly hate him now. As other's have said, he has a Dr. Frankenstein complex, but in an even more evil and exagge

Wow. I am, once again, amazed at Lindy's creative genuisness. I had long anticipated the release of Unremarkable and she did not dissapoint. From the end of Ordinary, I was curious as to how the story was going to play out between Agent Nealon, Honor, and Christian, and Ryder and of course, like Lindy Zart style, she left me wanting more and more.

Ordinary ended with Honor taking a bullet that was meant for Christian by the hands of Ryder leaving the readers wanting more. Six months later Honor

This book, like the first, (Ordinary) was insanely good, from start to finish. What you thought from book one, is flipped completely upside down, turned all around, and then all the pieces begin to come together in an unexpected way. Questions are answered, new questions arise, and boundaries are pushed. Bonds are formed, broken, and put back together, all to be ripped apart again.
The UD’s and the UDK’s have realized that Superior August has his own agenda, and they are all just pawns in his mas

I have this feeling like I already know how it ends. Let me guess? The dads are still alive? Nothing would surprise me at this point. I seriously disliked Honor in this book. She's supposed to be so strong but she won't fight unless... I'm not even sure? Not to defend others or herself. Just, because. If August is stronger than her, why wouldn't he use his blood? Makes no sense. Not much makes sense. This book starts in July. 6 months after the first book. The first book ended 2 weeks before gra ...more

Just when you thought Ordinary was good, wait until you get your hands on Unremarkable (Anything But #2).
The YA saga continues with the dystopian civilization of UDs, UDKs and its leader Superior August. The main character Honor Rochester continues to endure traumatic events in the hands of Superior August. It's great to reconnect and read in depth on Ryder and Christian. New and former characters create a more interesting storyline. Secrets, surprises, suspenseful and shocking moments will lea

Dang it, Lindy Zart! I devoured this book in three hours. Three hours that included ignored laundry and dishes. I could NOT put it down, and am DYING for the next book. She made me cry (which she has a peculiar tendency to do), and then cheer out loud. The twists are great in this one. If you read the first one, and haven't read this one yet....well what are you waiting for??? So glad I found this author, she's one of my all time favorites.

I love this series! Unremarkable picks up right where Ordinary leaves off. There is so much action. It's constantly moving, and there's always something going on. Some of the characters completely change and surprise us, while others stay true, but all but it seems that only a couple, including August, know what's really going on.

This book is a fast paced, action packed read. I love that Ms. Zart is a self publishing author but I would love to see her make it big with a large publishing company. With a little help (editing, grammer...) this book could have been as great as Divergent.
I can't wait for the final one!

Professionally speaking, Unremarkable was an incredibly spectacular and brilliant follow-up to Lindy Zart's Ordinary.
Fangirly speaking, I- I just- I can't- oh my gosh. I- I just can't even.
