The knowledge of Luke in health and fitness is mind boggling. Everything he talks is simple and practical. One thing that I admired more is he put everything about an topic I mean positive and negative. He himself is a fit guy.

Terrible book. No new information. It's a journal, not a book about nutrition and fitness.
