The Millionaires of Genesis: Their Prosperity Secrets for You!

by Catherine Ponder

How wealthy people of the Bible prospered others and how they can prosper you! From Adam, Abraham, Melchizedek, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph and Ruth. The Author has added an update 10 years after the first publication.
Someone once wrote to Catherine Ponder saying, "I have figured out an easy way to become a millionaire. Please pray that one million people will send me one dollar each." People often think as did this That wealth can come to them only when other people and conditions respond to them. However, the secret of wealth is that it begins within your own thoughts and feelings. Through the deliberate action of your mind, you can develop a millionaire consciousness that will lead you to literal wealth as well as to increased abundance in all phases of your life.
It is appropriate that the original millionaires of Genesis show you how this can be done because the word "Genesis" means "to begin," "to initiate action," "to take the first step" or "to get something going." Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph became literal millionaires through deliberate use of the power of prosperous thinking. As they passed on their prosperity secrets to succeeding generations, the Hebrews became one of the wealthiest groups of people the world has ever known. Their success philosophy was not new. It was known and taught secretly in ancient times. Abraham learned it from the affluent Babylonians. He passed it on to his descendants. Later this success philosophy was reportedly taught for several centuries in the famous School of Philosophy in Alexandria.
THE MILLIONAIRES OF GENESIS points out to you the prosperity secrets which the ancient millionaires used in the secret-success-symbology that cloaked the metaphysical mysticism of the Bible. In this enlightened Age, the world is again ready to know and use this age-old prosperity teaching so long guarded and offered only to the supposedly "illumined" few.

I absolutely loved this book and was able to apply the teachings right into my life experience. I read it at a time in my life where I did not know how things could continue on as they were and was filled with such peace because I FELT the truth of the words in this book. I manifested thousands of dollars and a new vehicle. I kid you not.

"The Millionaires of Genesis: Their Prosperity Secrets for You!" is the first book in the "Millionaires of the Bible" Series by Dr. Catherine Ponder. The other three books in this Series are: "The Millionaire Moses," "The Millionaire Joshua," and lastly, "The Millionaire from Nazareth."

I feel the need to point out that, in spite of entering the ISBN for this book, it listed the grand total of pages as 178. However, my copy has a grand total of 218 pages. The copy I have has a copyright of 1976. It also has a Conclusion titled "An Update from the Author: Ten Years Later."

Now, I need to mention I pride myself on being a Happily-Recovered-Catholic. However, I have always been intrigued and fascinated by the world's religions, especially their similarities. After I turned 30, I discovered I have an InterFaith mindset. Hence why I can appreciate any book written by a non-denominational author, especially one affiliated with Unity Church.

It was a pleasure to reread the stories of the Millionaires of Genesis, as well as to what made them millionaires. In addition, as usual, every chapter of ever Catherine Ponder book has so many beautiful and powerful Affirmations, Spiritual Statements and Divine Decrees.

This is my second time reading this book, and I look forward to rereading all the other books in this Series.

Chances my mindset

Help me realize the importance of inner work. To Not depend on man but on God. He is our source. It showed me the pattern or blueprint the millionaires in Genesis left me to follow to build the capacity to receive God's grace! TY
