I think the fact I’m going through these at a fair old rate of knots speaks for itself. I do love a shifter. Review of whole series when I’ve done, which at this rate will be next week ;)

BLOOD MOON had a lot going for it including terrific characters, innovative boinking, and a sweet romance, however it did have one significant flaw that was impossible to overlook: the rushed story. Gareth’s action/reaction turnaround time was too quick, and the mythology was glossed over which made Nadya & Gareth’s tale difficult to buy into, and as a result their HEA came off as uninspired. I’m sad that I didn’t enjoy this novel as much as I’d hoped because Kessler

This is my first time reading a book by Lisa Kessler and though this is the third book in the series Moon, I think it can be read as a standalone since the background information is provided.

Nadya Dalca was bitten by a enhanced (psycho) werewolf and now she has a death sentence. Nadya is the sister to one of the heroines from previous book in the series. Nadya is new to the whole werewolf’s are real world. She does

4.5 stars A riveting shifter story with a great hero and heroine, and lots of suspense. The chemistry between Nadya and Gareth is hot, hot, hot. My only complaint is the somewhat abrupt ending. (view spoiler)

I really loved writing Gareth and Nadya's emotion-packed story!

I hope you'll enjoy the book and another adventure with the Wolf Pack...

This book features Gareth, a wolf who has been isolating himself in grief and anger over his brother's murder, and Nadya, sister to Sasha from the last book. At the end of the last one, Nayda was bitten by one of Nero's mutated wolves and no one quite knows what will happen with her. Gareth really wants to stay out of it, but he can't seem to help himself when it comes to her.

Holy heck, this one was a ride. At this point in time I am sort of feeling bad for the people who didn't get int

I love a shifter romance and this one hits all the marks, angst, passion and love.

Nadya is a fab character, she's facing a tough future, she's been bitten by a feral wolf, the affect of which does not look good..... One thing she doesn't expect is to find a mate......

Gareth, his lost too many people, he can't face losing someone else.......or can he?

We get to follow Gareth and watch him face his fears and Nadya, wow she's a fighter and she fi

Well here we are back in Reno, Navada home to the werewolf pack that just seem to be constantly on the radar of Nero the organisation that sees nothing wrong with experimentation and if need be death! The pack have fought against them before and will do everything in their power to safeguard their members. Nadya has recently come to live with them but as a human unfortunately came into contact with one of Nero's genetically altered werewolves and was bitten. In book three on her Moon Series, Lisa Kessler take a us back to Reno and the wolf pack daring to thrive even when the powerful Nero organization is determined to ciem or destroy them.

This time it's Nadya's turn. In Hunter's Moon, an evil, deranged werewolf bit her because he knew it would hurt Sasha, her sister. Bad enough that the bite turned her but he had been created by Nero and was not a natural wolf, consequently he had defects and was guaranteed to d

Too many issues with Gareth for me.

Bitten by a genetically enhanced werewolf, Nadya has been given a death sentence. Gareth has seen too much death and has no desire to get involved with her but when they share a kiss and discover they are mates their need for one another can't be denied.

As much as I have loved most of Kessler's books I found BLOOD MOON to be surprisingly hard to connect to. Gareth has never been an easy character to connect to and I found him strangely harder to like as the her

Nadya was bitten by an experimental werewolf created by the Nero organization. He had corrupt DNA and a short shelf life. She has decided that instead of waiting to die, she wants to live life. She has a positive outlook.

Gareth lost his twin to a jaguar shifter from Nero. He has been withdrawn and testy ever since. It's safe to say that he has a negative outlook. He's planning on leaving the pack, and he does. Even after he realizes that Nadya is his mate. He can't lose someone else he cares for

We know of both Nadya and Gareth from the previous two books in the Moon series, but BLOOD MOON brings their story to the front as they find out they're mates and fight to find a way to save Nadya from the death sentence that the bite in book two cursed her with.

I ended up liking Nadya quite a bit. The strength that she shows while going through what she is going through was absolutely inspiring. Her determination and stubbornness shines through in pretty much every chapter of BLOOD MOON. Garet

Lisa’s books are always so full of emotion. By the first couple of chapters my heart was breaking over Gareth’s pain at losing his brother and fear of losing his only chance at love. Nadya was basically handed a death sentence after she was bitten by a werewolf genetic experiment gone wrong. I enjoyed the first two books in this series and all my favorite characters from those make appearances in Blood Moon.

I liked the fact that Native American lore was part of the story and its magic is what he

This story between Nadya & Gareth, pulled at my heart strings. Knowing She is going to die & being his mate. He must make a hard decision. Run or rum back & take what time is left. Heart breaking & yet they find time for Love & Fun. Lisa Kessler tells a wonderful tale. The Harley Scene is so Freaking HOT!. You just have to read the book to find out why!. Fun continuation of the Moon Series from Lisa Kessler. Nadya, who has psychic abilities, has been bitten by a DNA messed up wolf-survivor of Project Moonlight (run by a very unscrupulous group called Nero), and she is doomed to die a very painful death like all of the other experiments.

Accepted into the Reno wolf pack, she has the attention of Jason, the pack doctor, and Gareth, a motorcycle mechanic. Who will she favor if she survives?

This story has a lot of angst amongst its characters. And i

I received this from Entangled Publishing in exchange for an honest review. I did not realize this was part of a series when I first requested it but it did not really matter. I was able to follow the story and to me that is all that matters. The heroine and hero were really awesome. I loved the story and will definitely be looking into more books from this author.

I finally had the opportunity to read the first two books in the Moon series by Lisa Kessler as the third book was coming out and I was asked to review the book by the publisher, Entangled. Since I read these books one after the other and I have not written a review for either of the previous two books, I wanted to make this review partly about what makes this such a fantastic series and then I will tell you why I enjoyed Gareth & Nadya’s book so much and why, in my opinion, this series will ...more

This series just gets better with every book! The story of Nadya and Gareth is gripping from page one. Nadya's future is uncertain to say the least. She doomed by the bite from the mutant werewolf. Onto the third in the series now, and the overall story is fast gaining pace and becoming established as a real battle against the Nero organisation. Poor Nadya, orphaned at a young age and cared for by her beloved sister  Sasha, she’s now facing a death sentence. Sasha had escaped Nero’s clutches in the last book, and is about to marry werewolf Aren. As a last ditch attempt to hurt her a madde

The third installment of Lisa Kessler’s Moonlight series was a must read for me, as I really enjoyed the first two. Moonlight, the first in the series, is still my favorite of all three, and introduced us to a werewolf clan based in Reno. It also introduced us to Nero, an organization that experiments on shifters with no thought to how it effects the shifter. If the shifter dies, it’s no big deal for them, they just make another one. Not one of your happier organizations to say the least.

Lisa Kessler is such a fantastic writer. She is the main reason I took up an interest in paranormal stories. Once I started reading “Blood Moon” I was instantly hooked and could not put it down. She grabbed my attention from the first page! Although I did not read the previous book in the series, “Hunter’s Moon” I never felt lost or frustrated. She connected the events in the past books to thi

Dude, I just love this series!! I love the characters, I love the bad guys, I love the scary moments, and I totally loved this one, because what would you do if you met the love of your life, and new that they were dying. Would you run so you wouldn't hurt, or would you chose to love them while you can? See, it's definitely getting deep. LOL

Gareth has had everything he loves taken away from him. First his parents dying, leaving him to take care of his brother. His brother's murder, leaving him

Wow! Goodreads just asked me for my city of birth and date of death... What if I could answer that? Would I live life differently if I knew for sure how much longer I had left?

Interesting thought.
