This book has some great information. I didn't read all of it, because it covers chickens, turkeys, and ducks, and currently I'm intersted only in chickens. It also seems to focus on the larger operations/commercial aspect. Finally, some of the information (especially regarding the economic aspects/cost) is outdated. Still, it's worth looking over if you are interested in raising poultry.

A gamut of useful information, but more geared towards the commercial poultry keeper--not so much the urban flock keeper as myself.
