This seemed like a fairly straightforward book about decluttering, but I didn't find anything particularly new and exciting over what I've read in other books. The writing was friendly and accessible. I haven't seen any of the tv shows, so I don't know if that would have made it better or worse, but this could be a good choice if you are new to decluttering and organising your home, for some inspiration or a good project guide. One of the better things in the book was a breakdown of how to get started and how long these tasks might take you.
