Olivia did the impossible. She tamed the over-confident Casanova, Seth Marc, turning him into a one woman Romeo.

With Seth's first professional fight coming up, she does her best to keep him focused and driven... even if that means withholding sex from him.

As sexual tensions rise, so do past discrepancies the couple thought buried, putting extra stress on both their romanti

Dear Skyla Madi,

(a) Writing a sequel that wasn't filled with unnecessary drama.

The drama that was there wasn't juvenile, it wasn't dragged out for half of the book. There weren't a bunch of break-ups and fights.

(b) Not having the heroine have a personality transplant from book 1 to book 2.

Olivia was still funny, feisty, strong willed and independent.

(c) Seth.

I loved all of Seth's caveman ways. How willing he was to admit his love for Olivia, without shame.

Seth and Olivia together were fun

I couldn't wait to write my review because I knew how nervous Skyla was about this book. She had zero reason to be.

Authors, take note. THIS is how you write a second book. There was no needless drama. No stupid actions. Just 2 people in a relationship making it work. It was also HOT as HELL. I loved every minute.

I know some people love Remy. From this moment forward my #1 MMA guy will always be Seth.

I'm looking forward to the next book!

Yikes, review to come, took me twice as long to read this as it normally would, so I need to get my thoughts straight.

So, looking back through my review of the first book, Consumed, it appears I rated it 3 to 3.5-stars, and I cannot for the life of me figure out how that could be after reading book two. To say I am frustrated would be putting it mildly. It took me forever to read this book. The writing was ok, what I was reading was just boring and not very interesting, honestly.

5 Never Want this Series to End Stars!

I'm not going to write a long review about this book because I'm too impatient to read the next book in this series! But I will say that this series has made me so happy and put me in a really good mood! So that's saying something right there :)

I am truly in love with Seth even though he is a truly cocky bastard. He's unapologetic but has a vulnerable side to him that is so endearing. His love for Olivia is so passionate and pure; she's transformed him yet a

“Only she has the power to consume me, to eradicate all train of rational thinking.”

More interesting and definitely hotter than the first book!!!

Olivia and Seth overcame many challenges in the first book but now there are facing some new ones like the reality of professional MMA and the problems couples are usually having. This is all new to them so of course there will be some (lets say) problematic situations.

Seth is jealous even from Olivia’s shadow. It’s just seriously annoyi

Seth and Olivia fell in love in book 1, this sequel we read how their relationship progresses.

What makes this couple work is how they talk and communicate with each other. Cant fault the storyline. No over the top drama. No silly misunderstandings. This was a really good sequel compared to many others I've read.

Personally I found it a bit draggy. And I wanted the story to move along quicker. Im not sure whether 3 books on the same couple might be too much. But if you are looking for
I finally figured out why I love Consumed, Real and Beautiful Disaster so much, it's definitely the intensity of the fighting scenes, rather it's inside or outside the ring. Hands down Too Consumed is an all-time favorite, I couldn't wait for the story to continue. Loved it!

Olivia and Seth’s romance continues …And Seth is getting ready for his first professional fight. At the same time, Seth’s past still haunts him… and consequences of his past indiscretions comes to disrupt everything.

Seth certainly proved himself in this book. You would get to know more of Seth, his past, his love/need for Olivia, his jealousy or possessiveness towards Olivia...

And Olivia couldn’t be more so in love than ever...

Beautifully written, under Olivia a
Another one I couldn't rate because I actually didn't finish the book. I just... couldn't. Tell you why in a moment.
First up - props to the author for actually having Dual POV's this time! Yay - no stuck in Olivia's head for the whole book. Saying that however, I got to like 16% in and had to give up. I thought after book one maybe these characters would improve and they would just be... together if you know what I mean. You know how in some books characters are so attunted to each other they'r

This one fell a little flat for me, for some reason.

I loved Seth Marc and Oliva in the Consumed. I thought it was really an awesome story especially when I was already coming off my Remy high from reading 'Mine' last month.

So when Too Consumed came out, it was really a no brainer on picking it up and falling in love with this couple all over again.

But the story line didn't do much for me. In fact really nothing happened in this book at all. I mean NOTHING.

There is no drama between Olivia and S

Pure Realism!

Olivia has officially tamed the over confident playboy Seth Marc. And - as their relationship grows and continues in book 2,some of the obstacles they feel they have overcame, returns with a vengeance. With Seth first professional fight coming up Olivia proves to be his number one supporter.

Seth and Olivia were not perfect but they are perfect together. They were just as amazing in Too Consumed then in Consumed. They were physically affectionate, emotionally connected and their act

What a great second book in the Consumed series!

The story continues where the first book ended. Seth is now preparing for his first professional fight which will take place in Las Vegas. The main focus of the story is the development of Olivia’s and Seth relationship. They both still have their own issues which haunt them. As a couple and individually they have lots of ups and down. Together they face old flames, old enemies and old insecurities. They would fight and then they would make up. I f

I really enjoyed this book until about 45% of the way through when it suddenly seemed like Olivia was the "non-judgmental" judgmental person who compliments you with a back handed slap.

She criticizes and judges Jackson and Selena for their sexual taste’s and then informs Selena that she isn’t the right person to “help” Jackson get over his afflictions but 7 Chapter’s later tells Seth she’s the one who can help him get over his.

Too Consumed by Skyla Madi (Book 2 in the Consumed Series)
Seth has come to the realization that Olivia is his muse, she calms him and she sees something in him that nobody else ever has. Olivia world has been turned up-side down since the passing of her father. She has had to be there for her mom. At the same time she knows that she is in love with Seth. Seth has bought Olivia fathers gym which leads to some steamy moments. Seth has made it to the pro and needs to train but when an old enemy fro

Too Consumed (Consumed, #2) by Skyla Madi

I have been waiting MONTHS for Too Consumed to come out and play! And I have to say, we played and had some good ol, dirty, romantic, fun LOL

This was a great continuation of Seth and Olivia's love story. Usually second books in a series are a bit of a disappointment, but I was quite content with the happenings in this one.

Seth has many revelations as he starts to question many things he's done in his life (i.e. manwhoring, drinking, fighting, slutting it up) and has to come to grips that

Let's start off with the positives…..

I really enjoyed "Consumed" and was excited to pick up on where the first book left off in Seth and Olivia's story. It started off well enough as the reader is ushered into this world of MMA fighting as Seth is preparing for his first fight in the professional league in Vegas. Olivia and Seth are fresh in their relationship and quite in love. In the last book Seth bought Olivia's deceased father's gym and hired her to manage it. This set up was quite convenie

Is there a better word than fabulous? If so, just insert that here. : )

I am not a fan of series about the same ppl, because I want the HEA and I don't like a lot of unnecessary drama, and a lot of times (most of the time) that's how those kinds of series feel to me. Skyla Madi didn't do that. She gave us a fully fleshed out HEA in Consumed, and then, in Too Consumed, it's just the continuation of that HEA. It's about Seth & Olivia after the I Love You's, about how they navigate their relationshi

This is the second book in this series and I believe there is another to follow this. It was lovely to read more of Seth and Olivia, this time Seth is preparing for a big fight in LA. Olivia is supportive of Seth, she now manages her late fathers gym where Seth trains.
Characters from the first book also feature, including Selena Olivia's BF and Jackson Seth's friend. The sub plot involving them was an added bonus. Jackson has some serious baggage from his past, so I expec

Loved it! Here's me thinking that the first book was a stand alone but was surprised to see a second book in the series. I loved Seth & Olivia in Consumed but after reading this book I love them even more. Your given more insight into their relationship and reading about them develop was an absolute pleasure. Let's hope the final book Don gets what's coming to him. I cannot express how highly I love these books. Recommend! You won't be disappointed. 5 STARS ***** ...more

Skyla Madi gets 10 stars from me on this second book I was not disappointed, I couldn't put it down. I laughed,I cried, and I cheered for Seth who is so amazing and Olivia who is so awesome in her own right and together they both navigate this new relationship and new career and its hard on both of them and they both refuse to give-up on each other..... Word fail I cant wait for the next one, oh please tell me its coming soon?

Well, I had a review typed out and submitted it but for for some reason it disappeared....oh well!

I liked getting another glimpse into the lives of Seth and Olivia. They've definitely grown as a couple and I think they are really good together.

I absolutely love it when Seth talks to Olivia about how he feels about her. He gives a good little speech and I would forgive him for just about anything.

I'm really looking forward to the next book.

Another hit

No pun intended. I love this series so much! Oh, and Seth... Oh, sweet Lord baby Jesus, Seth, I love him so, so much. Especially after this book, that gives you a chance to get inside his head. This series is about fighting, not only in the ring or for your dreams, it's about fighting for love, and who wouldn't fight for that? If you loved the first one, you will love this one. RECOMMENDED TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE!

Not as good as the first book. Not much to say about it except that I like Skyla Madi's writing and I like that she didn't overdo it for a second book: no unnecessary drama, just two people trying to figure out how to be together.

P.S.: I won't read the last book because I've seen reviews and I know what happens in the last one and most of all, I know what Seth did and I absolutely am disgusted. I blame the author for destroying her own characters.
