Business leaders who want to make more money and improve their business will greatly benefit from “Visual System of Work”. Don’t let the thinness of the spine fool you. I found this quick motivating read clearly lays out the key steps to accelerate business improvement. I have had the privilege of seeing David in action as he successfully implemented the methods in this book for a family owned business and for units of a Fortune 100 business. Both made more money and developed cohesive, engaged, high-performing management teams. Pass out this book to your management team. Start up a study/ action group and watch your business improve.
