This book does provide excellent advice to those that have no idea where to begin in determining if you have a problem or not. It also provides excellent advice on elimination diet and how best to proceed, and also good food substitutes for those with allergies as well. A very helpful book.
Seems like a good resource, but it is a bit out of date in regards to brand-name foods that it refers to, as well as not including some of the dizzying array of fruits and vegetables that are available in a good supermarket these days. Geared for an American audience.
For those with "gut" issues or histamine problems this book is a lifesaver! Every imaginable "trigger" is described and then a food list/diet is created. Found it really helpful for my health issues r/t mast cell disease
