Not terribly useful for me, but interesting. It explains the reasons behind various diets that your practitioner may give you, which I like.

This book has a lot of useful information for people suffering from Food Allergies, intolerances and sensitivities. Apparently there are different levels of food hypersensitivity, and this book helps you determine how to best treat the signs and symptoms. It also discusses food intolerance and all the various different common types of food a person can be allergic to.

This book does provide excellent advice to those that have no idea where to begin in determining if you have a problem or not. It also provides excellent advice on elimination diet and how best to proceed, and also good food substitutes for those with allergies as well. A very helpful book.

Seems like a good resource, but it is a bit out of date in regards to brand-name foods that it refers to, as well as not including some of the dizzying array of fruits and vegetables that are available in a good supermarket these days. Geared for an American audience.
