My child has a complete fascination with duct tape. He will play with it for days. Thank goodness cuz it's cheap.
This is the cutest book. When I opened it up and he saw it his eyes lit up. I see my husband and I taped to the walls in the near future.

What more can I say about this book that the stars don't? Let's see. When I requested the book, I was expecting a how to book, but upon receiving it, it was more than I expected by far. At least twice the size of the usual DYI craft books and with so many different types of duct tape projects inside. Admit it, how many books have you picked up, and after looking through it, the projects are either out of date, repetitious or just downright too intense? These projects are all up to date, unique,

I requested this for my 12 year old daughter that has made more duck tape pens than I can count. She loved this book!! She has made so much from this and said all the patterns are explained great and with the pictures and directions it makes them all easy to follow. She also liked that it says how hard each product is to make. Great must have for any child into duck tape activities.

I thought this book did a great job of illustrating how to work with duct tape and not just the projects themselves. It had tutorials on how to make "fabric", "rope" etc. How to keep the tape from sticking together. Overall it was a very well done book and I loved the projects that were in it.

One of the better DIY craft books on duct tape that I've read, I thought it was just okay. Plentiful projects and photographs with a good background on tools and technique. What I fault the author and book on is the quality of the projects themselves. The styling for the finished items could have definitely been better crafted and photographs. There are too many wonky seams and bumpy edges showing that could have easily been smoothed down or turned away from the camera to make a better pix. This

For a duct tape craft book, this book is serious. There are charts explaining types of tape, and types of bases for projects. There’s an entire chapter talking about your work station.
But once you get into the projects it takes itself less seriously. The projects look trendy and each one has a level of difficulty listed which I found helpful for those of us who are craft-phobic but living through a pandemic.

Some pretty nifty ideas with easy to follow instructions and great pictures to compliment them

How many times have we used Duct Tape to fix things? Sometimes using it for the most oddest fixes too, right? Who knew that someday someone would take the time to create fabulous things with it!
This DIY book has it all!
The supply list is not long, you don't need to spend much money; all you need is Duct Tape, a clean surface (I highly suggest a crafting mat) and non-stick scissors.

This is the perfect book for someone looking into getting into duct taping. It starts out with teaching the basics and moves on to more complicated projects. The book is divided into clear sections with the various projects grouped into related clusters from wallets to purses to wearable projects to school and room-related projects. I mean it when I say there is a variety of projects to do in here. There are even variations of the same theme (for example, just check out the whole section dedicat

This is a really fun book! I don't know how it compares to other duct tape books, but my kids and I had SO much fun making the projects. The instructions are pretty easy to follow and there are photos to illustrate each step. There is a wide variety of projects of all skill levels, so there is something for everyone. There is also a primer in the beginning that goes over all the basics of duct tape crafting.

A fun and easy-to-read craft book for teens. The cover is colorful, with eye catching duct tape circles that have finished projects in between. The layout of the book is clean and well-organized. It’s separated out into the following chapters: Tools of the Trade, Your Workstation, The Basics, Quick Crafts, Wallets, Purses, Bags and Cases, Wearable Duct Tape, At School, In Your Room, Every Last Bit of the Roll. The chapters have a good amount of white space, large, easy-to-read typeface and big,

First off I want to say I was delightfully surprised at how full and thick this craft book was! The pictures are full color and very detailed. Each step is very easy and detail oriented that it would be hard to be lost or not able to do it. Great for first time duct tape crafters. There are 58 projects listed out in here with to-do steps! Some very unique projects and some very useful and creative ideas. My daughters have been going wild for months with this book. I feel it would be a perfect gi

I checked this out because I was curious about all the duct tape stuff and I've never made any. This book has a fairly extensive section about basic techniques such as make strips and fabric, also various types of closures you can add. Then there are a ton of different projects you can make. As someone in my late 30's I doubt that I'm going to start carrying a purse made of duct tape but some of them are kind of cute. I'd be most likely to use the instruction for smaller things like flowers for

I picked this up as a possible present to get for my sister, who loves both duck tape and funky craft projects. She's the type that you'd totally spot walking across campus in a duct-taped lab coat (true story, used to happen in my undergrad all the time). The book is cute and has some good ideas to it. I think sis'll like it - but it really isn't the book for me.

The one project I really liked in here was the carnation on pg. 67. Directions are provided for making a carnation or a rose out of duct tape, then attaching it to the end of a pen and wrapping the pen in duct tape. It would make an easy library program. I'll have to keep that one in mind.

A thorough and complete guide to crafting with duct tape. Tons of projects from jewelry, purses and wallets to home dec. Complete materials lists, instructions, and lots of photos. Cool projects for kids through young adults. This would be a good addition to the maker space.
