I really enjoyed this honest and open book about Michael's life running a successful business. He covers the setbacks he's received and novel ways he overcame them. There are a number of stories such as swimming with sharks or hiking glaciers in Iceland that I won't be asking my team to do. Those stories are however what I enjoyed the most.
