I'm a little mixed on how to rate this. It's more a book about meditation than to put Kabbalah in your life every day (that is unless you meditate a few times a day). It does have some interesting meditations, but really this only works if you are in an area where there are others who also want to follow the same book. I don't have any idea where I am going to get the partners that they suggest. I think I like "God as a verb" better.
