Oh My God!

They look, but they can't and don't touch. There is no spoken word between them, but what they share is more personal and intimate than anything I have ever experienced while reading and then reflecting on with a book.

Windows is one of those erotic books that catch you off guard and hold you hostage, it never lets you go and demands you stay up and think, feel, and need. Its a sensual read that takes you on an unsual quest, gives you things to think about... about the things best left behind closed doors.

There are no names so we will just say she and he.

She is a wall flower, no friends save one and her boss. She moved to Paris to start over and start over she did. No love insight, but you get the sense that she wants it, she is just waiting for the perfect guy. Love has turned into crap in the past and she is done with the broken heart thing. But life knows when you need a curve ball thrown your way, when you've become to predictable in your life and need a good shake up.

They say "You never know you needed something until you have it." Or something of that nature.

He's just moved in across the way (building) from her and from the moment she see's him, she beings having some very imaginative daydreams. Things pick up slowly but very nicely for them from then on and you feel like you are sitting right there with them. Things progress and in the process of demanding essentially that feelings not be involved, they find themselves very much "in like" with each other.

Windows is a very heart felt books that gives you a look at the inner workings of a lot of women. This is only from her point of view, but from the glimpses we get of him during their... sessions. You can tell he is very much involved and cares a lot about her. Its a nice change from the normal reads, that it caught and held my interest from page one and when it ended I was tempted to email the author and demand she send me the next book. The cliff hanger alone could pull a reader in.

I enjoyed Windows and I honestly can't wait for book two SCREEN. This was an absolute must read.

She was drawn to Paris due to her love of books, and because an ideal research position had come up at her friend, Melanie’s, local library. She didn’t get that job, but it led her to a Parisian author who was in need of her help. In time, she was able to build up a bank of clients that required her research assistant services.

Or was it something else that had drawn her to the city of love? She had experienced a big disappointment in the love department, especially when she found her boyfriend entangled with her best friend. But her idea wasn’t to find love, or even romance..just sex.

Her apartment was situated so that she could see clearly across to the same third floor apartment of the opposite building. Whilst daydreaming through her living room window, she was captivated by a tall, lean, swishy brown haired man moving boxes in to the apartment. From that moment on, her spare moments was spent watching this man‘s every visible move, whilst her thoughts started to turn sensually erotic. Her imagination went wild, her lustful thoughts gained momentum, whilst her secret peeking continued...until one day he saw her.

I really enjoyed this titillating, provocative story. The voyeuristic affair they embarked upon was mesmerizing, and very different from what I have read before.

2 rules...
1: No names
2: No contact beyond windows

Told from the female protagonist’s POV, I could see, feel and imagine all that she was experiencing. Willing the story on, we are left in limbo, but with an idea of how this will continue. We don’t have to wait too long until SCREEN is upon us in Feb 2014.

Full (slightly spoilerish) review can be found at On Top Down Under Book Reviews.

Two strangers meet in a unique way. Their bedroom windows face each other and are separated by about fifteen feet. Smiles and flirting quickly escalates to more with each putting on a different kind of show for the other night after night. No names are exchanged. No personal information. Just two strangers pleasuring themselves night after night as the other watches. One wants to move the relationship into the real world. The other balks. What happens when the windows aren't enough?

This is told strictly from the point of view of the female. While I found that to be okay for the most part, I did want to get inside the man's head. The woman's thoughts are all over the place at times and I admit to wanting to skim over some of her inner dialogue a few times. I didn't but I wanted to. I also wish the author would have given as much attention to the man during their little night time sessions as she did the female. While there is some stroking by the man, each "show" focuses almost 100% on the female. That, to me, took away from the story.

A nice story.

I accessed a copy of this book through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review

Okay, so this one felt a little lackluster, to me. I liked the MC, she was funny and self-deprecating and obsessed with shoes, but I can't tell you her name because...I don't know it. I spent 116 pages in her head and never learned her name. This was the first issue I had.

Second, the MC is a 20-something from Iowa living in Paris as a "book researcher"--essentially doing the hard work of researching stuff other authors would use in their novels...okay. Seems like it's good work, if you can get it, but at several points her diction didn't sound "American Midwest" and this pulled me out of the character. See, I am from the American Midwest, and there are turns of phrase that are common here. The MC didn't offer any. Not a single colloquialism. Made me suspicious as to the character's actually origin and why American Midwest was so critical.

Third, and most disturbing, there is no sex in this book. That's kind of unforgivable in an erotic romance, IMHO. All we have is a few scenes of mutual masturbation across two lit windows that face each other. After one of these scenes I was hoping MC would reach out to her Monsieur Sexy. She doesn't. In fact, she practically runs the other direction when she sees him on the street. The voyeurism is fun, but gets kind of stale quickly, for me.

When they "part" due to his work travel, he leaves her a note on how to Skype him for more masturbation. I'm really not sure I'm up for two weeks of jack-n-jilling off, as a reader. I'm not invested in either character, so it's easy to set this one down and find a book that's a bit more...satisfying.

Window

Window by Michele Renae is a story that takes erotic voyeurism to another level. Two complete strangers living across each other in the city of love, Paris practically undress and communicate each other through their windows. They have only two rules to follow: No names and no interaction outside beyond their windows. This book is all from the heroine's perspective so readers get inside her thoughts, wants and sexual desires. Although they have no sexual intercourse, her imagination and their self pleasuring is what makes this story. This is a first time I have read a story where two main characters do not exchange dialogues to each other but only through their interaction by their windows. It's definitely one steamy and naughty read.

Super sexy and exciting!

I was on board and hooked from the first sentences of this original erotic story. A little voyeurism and exhibitionist, with a hint of feet and high heels fetishism, the story remains yet very classy and very very sexy!

More the scenes are spicing up between the two neighbors, more I was getting curious to know if they would meet each other and develop a relationship.
The author was able to draw me in their bold and naughty games by planting a smile on my lips and beautiful images in my head.

To well know Paris' architecture, the author perfectly summed the existing promiscuity between some buildings and their windows. In my last apartment, near the Eiffel Tower, I could see my neighbors playing their video games or sometimes in the summer, what they would eat. No privacy at all!

Even if you are careful, the eye is drawn to movement. And with the best will in the world, you can not stop you from watching...Awkward situations are guarantee! But I've never have a Mister Sexy with sexy abs, grey boxers and an Musketeer's air...Too Bad! Lol!

Beautiful discovery! I really look forward to read the sequel ...
The author has put me in appetite!

Arc received from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review

This is one of those really interesting books told completely from the female leads POV and the majority is in her thoughts, rather that I did this and I did that, so we get a really detailed look into her thought processes.
Having moved from America to Paris as a research assistant she notices a new neighbour move in across from her apartment, and the bedroom windows align so both can see each other.
Monsieur Sexy, as he becomes known, and our female lead..... here's a point do we actually learn her name?? start up a mutually erotic game together, with 2 rules neither knows each others name, and if they were to meet in the streets they turn and walk away from each other.
Its quite a deep read but extremely erotic, and has moments of real purity about it.
It doesn't end on a cliffhanger but I'm ready for screen !!

"Excitingly Sexy, Bold, Thrilling and Daring"

This is not your typical story..

In the city of love two strangers met.. Both living across to each other. Their what so called "relationship" grow communicating against the window.. Having rules of anonymity both shared mutual attraction without physical contact.

I enjoy reading this story though it is a short read and a bit cliffy at the end. The book intrigued me having this thrilling, anticipating and kinda mysterious vibe in both characters. It was different than the usual erotic romance that I've read. I definitely looking forward to read the next book.

Verrry sexy!

Set in the City of Love, an independent sexy research assistant and a hot musketeer nerd, this is one steamy window session!LOL

It's one of those books that you would read a line or two twice because you got too excited to know what happens next. I like it that even if they're complete strangers, they're both intimate with each other even if it's through a window.

My fave part is when

Reaally loved it!

Bravo Michele Renae! :) Can't wait to read the second book.

I really, really, really liked this book.
I just realized that I didn't know the heroine's name.
Whatever her name is, I loved her. She was carefree, yet guarded. Funny, bold, weird and wild. Her monologues cracked me up.
The build up anticipation of their meeting was too much! I wanted her to tell him the go-ahead so bad. I feel like it's gonna be super epic.
Overall, it's was an awesome book. I really can't wait for the sequel to find out how they're gonna meet and what their names are.

Curse you, Michele Renae! I've never liked Paris, never wanted to go, never wanted to make a French guy mine. And you strive into my life, with your perfect book, and make all this go away! POOF! Just like that!

Window is a book that can't be described in a few words - and yet, it's still a book that needs just that, otherwise what's the point? To fully experience it you NEED to read it, a humble review like mine can simply do it very little justice.

The main heroine - whose name we never find out - lives in Paris, with the best of jobs a bookworm could ask for. The apartment opposite of hers gets occupied by a... well, hunk is the closest term to what he is. Little by little, and with no contact beyond the glass, the couple develops some kind of relationship - no matter how odd it might seem.

And this is where we as readers come in.

Monsieur Sexy - as our heroine calls her male partner in mutual voyeurism - doesn't get any name introduction, either, and we're free to picture him any way we want. Besides, the narration is from the heroine's POV, so all the better.

What we get to fan girl over is a cross between this:

And this:

Oh, boy, this man is surely to die for! Because, yes, you guessed right, the guy has a killer body, fences, and is also a bespectacled computer geek (actually, he wears the glasses only when he's working or reading, but let me keep my fantasy, ok?). Do I hear one thousand yet or what?

So, what do you get by reading this book in the end? Oh, my petites mignonnes, that's easy to answer.

You get a fun, sexy short story that is the start for something breathtaking. You get a heroine who is sarcastic, witty, and so much so the woman we all want to be. She's a bit afraid to open up and commit, but she's been hurt in the past, and this is her way of coping. She's comfortable with herself and doesn't mind trying new things. She understands that we only get to live once, and we should never let a chance pass us by without grasping it. In just a few pages, this fictional woman takes us through Paris in a way that made even me wish to go live there, and tells of something that has nothing to envy from the greatest love stories humanity's romantic literature ever gave to us.

You also get a hero that is no less solid than those heroes we actually know by name and clear appearance. Monsieur Sexy may have been in his skivvies for the most part of the story, but that didn't stop our heroine from seeing the kind, cute, shy, respectable and funny guy behind his abs an "sword" - or us from that matter.

So curse you again, Renae! For making this gal wish what she rarely wishes - to be in the heroine's sexy Louboutins and live such an amazing experience myself!

Read my complete review here: ViktoriaJean

"I loved that word: decadent. Unrestrained self-gratification. Indulgence."

Set in modern day France, this contemporary piece is written in sensual prose that tells of a girl starting afresh by moving to Paris.

"I moved for adventure. I crossed the ocean for discovery. I moved for the pastries and baguettes. I arrived on foreign soil for the sexy Frenchmen and the Eiffel Tower."

And sexy Frenchmen she did get. He moves into the building directly across from her. Thus begins their incredibly naughty mutual seduction, a flirtatious game played across neighboring windows.

"This slightly dangerous liaison was all about sight and imagination."

Artful voyeurism at its best, the two volley between windows, each act bolder than the next. Readers are exposed to an incredibly honest insight into the inner workings of women. Told entirely from her point of view, the man and woman never actually exchanges any words at all. Imagination leads to intimacy, build upon mere acquaintanceship and zero expectation that they will ever end up as anything more.

At the end of the night, with a flick of the wrist, the curtains are drawn and so keeps the relationship at its best - at a distance.

First in a trilogy, Renae has me hooked already. Cliffhangers be damned, bring on the second book please!

If Window were made into a movie, I would love to have these people casted:

On our new quest to focus on independent authors, we requested all sorts of self-published romance and erotica ARCs without much regard for what they were about. But this one intrigued. As it’s meant to, of course. Also meant to lead you on.

A young woman is living in Paris, an escape from her Midwest American life and her cheating Midwest American almost-fiancé. A new start, a new attitude.

A couple of years in, she gets a new neighbour across the street. One who happens to leave his curtains open while he wanders around his bedroom in his undies. Yummy. When he notices her watching, he waves. Then indicates she should reciprocate.

Their short-distance affair continues, with rules. No names, no meeting in person. The woman finds herself caught up in him, though, fantasizing about what he’s really like without actually meeting him, expecting exclusivity while realizing how ridiculous that is.

It’s kind of lovely how they don’t meet. It’s kind of lovely how it’s all speculation. But, of course, this is just the short first in a trilogy, Paris Secrets, which kind of makes me resentful, but also dying to know what happens next.

It’s also kind of lovely how the sex in this is limited to mutual masturbation. A refreshing change. The exhibitionism adds thrill. The standing engagement adds tension, as does the inevitable question: will they meet?

I had a hard time determining if the woman’s internal-ish dialogue was said out loud or just in her head, since it was in quotes. It could go either way and it wouldn’t matter, but I guess I just wanted to know when he could see her lips moving. Distracting and irrelevant, I know.

Window is a short, sexy, intriguing read that’s unfinished and will require you to purchase the next one, Screen, coming out in February. It’s not crazy good, but it’s a fabulous concept and a really fun and sizzly story that we really enjoyed.

There's something oddly intimate about communicating through glass and at a short distance. The only thing between the two of you was a thin sheet of ultra-heated limestone and sand. Clear enough to reveal everything we wanted to present on our complicated surfaces. And yet, what lay hidden within could never be seen through that glass. Maybe?

In France, two strangers accidentally meet. Neighbors whose bedroom windows face on another and are separated by somewhere around fifteen feet. Waves and smiles are exchanged, but there are no words. Flirtation happens and quickly escalates into a provocative and erotic exchange between them. Night after night, the two neighbors meet through glass and share themselves with one another.

This story is told through the female's point of view. She's had no luck in love, and is not interested in starting anything new. She's a wallflower-- Constantly watching, but never fully apart of anything. She's content, but it's obvious that she's not fully happy.

Encounters with her neighbor quickly become an obsession with her. While at first she was happy to accept and encourage the loss of her 4 other senses, she soon starts wondering about hearing, tasting, touching, and smelling him. He is just as intrigued about her and wants more. What happens when windows aren't enough?

I was quickly captivated by this story. It was easy to immerse myself into this story's originality and voyeurism which constantly had me on the edge of my seat waiting for what happened next. Would they ever leave the glass behind and venture into the real world or would her insecurities keep them separated? Ending on a cliffhanger, we won't know until SCREEN.

I was hooked from the very first sentence, “When life gives you windows, you peer through them.” I think fundamentally everyone has a bit of a voyeuristic streak and if nothing else is curious about the on-goings of those around them. In this book we never learn the characters names but that in no way detracts from the experience. If anything, it only makes you more interested.

We slowly discover details and characteristics about the heroine throughout the duration of the story. Because of how she’s written, you can sometimes forget it’s another person and can easily find yourself in her place by proxy. She can be opinionated, neurotic, shoe-loving, and entirely relatable on a multitude of gradations. It’s understandable why she appeals to move slowly in this odd relationship with the man across the alley. She’s been hurt in the past, hence her move to Paris. She also is mostly an introvert which makes her life as a research assistant quite perfect while living in the city of her dreams.

The main male character that we know as Monsieur Sexy seems to also be captivated by the eccentricity of their connection. They meet nearly nightly and even when another female seems to cause strife, he makes it clear what he wants and he’ll be very patient to get it.

This is a quick and imaginative read unlike any I’ve read. I can’t think of any erotic stories where the lovers are never tangibly together and it’s still one of the most scintillating and sexy accounts to get me hot and bothered. I was upset it was over but that was short-lived knowing the next installment is just around the corner.

"When life gives you windows, you peer through them. But do you ever really see what's on the other side of the glass? What mysteries go unsolved because of a dismissive glance? What adventures await? What secrets lie beyond the glass?"

I don't typically read erotica, but the cover and the synopsis for this book drew me in. It seemed like there would be enough of a plot to keep me interested. Plot plus steamy sex scenes? Yes, please. When I was approved for a review copy from NetGalley I was thrilled.

The concept of two characters carrying on an affair, of sorts, without ever touching each other was one that intrigued me. This novella delivered. The main character was interesting. The setting was perfection. I mean, Paris? Where better to carry out a love affair – even if it's one that involves no touching… of the other person, at least. This novella was descriptive and well-written and the plot was engaging. The sex scenes were super hot… as you would expect.

Michele Renae wrote a fantastic story of lust and longing. Window one ended with one hell of a cliffhanger and I can't wait to see what these characters do next. If you're looking for a short, steamy, well-written novella, give this one a shot.

I didn't really know what to expect from this book, but a hot affair behind window's above beautiful Paris had me sold! I have to say, after reading the entire story I absolutely loved it! I am anticipating the sequel, Screen.

So, as the story begins we see Monsieur Sexy across the street, fencing. He just moved in and there is a perfect view into his apartment. And, my oh my, he is SEXY! He has a beautiful face and smile, with a beautiful body.

They both stare at each other one night and things get hot, but our beautiful female lead has rules. First, No Names. Second, If they ever see each other walk away, no contact beyond window's. He reluctantly agrees.

They have some very intimate moments, sexual and not so sexual across the window's. All they have is the sense of sight but this little window affair, isn't so little anymore. Suddenly, she starts to miss him when he is not there.

This story was more romantic then I expected it to be and I loved it. The tenderness and want described in this book almost sent me to tears, in a good way. The writer is so descriptive and you really feel the relationship between these two characters. It was extremely beautiful! I wanted one of them to run to the other so badly! There is a small cliffhanger at the end but I am totally anticipating the second book! I definitely recommend this book! It was different than the usual erotic romance, in a great way!

(and I'm thankful for it) bc this book was hot and romantic in an odd way

After getting a ridiculous proposal the day after she finds her boyfriend in bed with her best friend, our heroine (which yes I just realized is nameless - a fact I didn't realize until I had read the entire book) moves to Paris after a friend helps her land a job as a research assistant. It's perfect - a chance for a new life and in Paris!

While she doesn't really do relationships anymore, she does have a very active imagination. When she sees a new sexy man moving in across the street and happens to notice fencing gear, her imagination and fantasies about a musketeer kick up a notch. This neighbor just happens to live right across the small street from her and they share floor to ceiling windows. After catching each other in less than appropriate attire, they start silently flirting through the window. They end up establishing 2 rules - 1 no names and 2 if they see each other on the street they will walk away and say nothing. Really, these are her rules and he just agrees. Once they agree, the flirting kicks up to consensual voyeurism? A visual only sexual relationship? Not sure what the best way to refer to it, but it's hot. They have to find we ways to communicate since they have no communication.

Will they meet? I don't know, but I can't wait to find out!

Who amongst us doesn't secretly possess a naughty minx of a voyeur with equal measure of an exhibitionist spurred on by our inner vixen's fantasies for a handsome stranger? What would you do if presented with the opportunity to bring those fantasies to life? Would you grab the bull by the horns and take the plunge to discover where the adventure could lead? That's exactly the dilemma that faces the female protagonist in Window.

The story is mingled with equal parts of sexy, cheekiness, eroticism and humor. The novella's unique style and originality is quite engaging and piques the reader's attention quite early on - the 2 main characters are nameless 'strangers' who have never audibly spoken to or physically touched each other yet they have shared such intimacies that can make even the most open-minded individual blush.

This erotic novella was well written, however I'm not certain the style would be embraced by fans of main stream erotic romance.

The story ends with a bit of a cliffhanger which doesn't leave the reader extremely pissed off but eagerly anticipating what's next. Would the female protagonist continue to be "Exquisite. Bold. Gorgeous."?

My question to you is, would you ever be brave and daring enough to unleash your inner vixen? Rawr!

I gave this book 3.5 stars.

There was something so engaging about this novel that you simply could not put it down. Window, is straight up erotica with voyeurism and exhibitionism done with class and soul. Primarily told in the first POV, mostly as monologue, we find our female lead living the good life in Paris. She isn't looking for love, she is looking for a sexual adventure. One day, right across from her apartment, through her window, she spies her very sexy neighbor. Therein begins their trysts, an affair conducted just by sight thru the window. The story was funny, so sexy and erotic, lighthearted at first you are simply captivated by the main characters. They remain nameless to each other, she doesn't know his voice, his touch, all she has is the nights they spend in front of their respective windows. It doesn't stop there however, as their relationship progresses, the longing to actually go further develops. The ending was a bit of a cliffhanger but done really well. I really liked this one and hopefully the rest of the books won't disappoint. Window, is the first in the series ,Paris Secrets Trilogy (and being a trilogy actually makes sense for this particular story).

Our Review, by LITERAL ADDICTION's Pack Alpha - Chelle:
*eARC provided by the author in exchange for an honest review

Window is a super sexy debut novel in a new erotica trilogy unlike anything I've read before!

There is just something so incredibly naughty and titillating about forming a 'relationship' with nothing but sight - 'you can look, but you can't touch'... Or talk... Yet what they SHARE is more private, personal and intimate than anything else.

It's self pleasure and voyeurism at its best. It's one of those highly sexual books that isn't filled with 'in your face' eroticism, but requires you to feel, and think, and fantasize right along with your leading couple, thereby getting your pulse racing and your flush rising.

It's got a quirky female lead that you can't help but love, a sexy, chivalrous male lead that will melt your heart, and even the cliff hanger didn't upset me too much, because I knew there would be more, and I absolutely CANNOT wait to get lost in this teasing, artful seduction again!

Window is highly recommended, and I am chomping at the bit for Screen in February!

Window is a deeply erotic story in a world all it's own. Michele Renae has taken the every day erotica and bent it to her will. The story follows a girl who moved to Paris from America and her sexy new neighbor. They don't know each other's names, where they're from, or even each other's names. In fact, they've never spoken, never officially met, but they have a connection. Across the buildings where they have an almost exclusive view of the other, they start a unique relationship. One filled with voyeurism, steamy dreams, and distracting fantasies. It starts with flirting after an innocent experience. What progresses is a journey she never thought she'd be headed on.

Window was an amazing journey, one that completely grabbed me. It was so sexy without actual sex. This author has gotten on my radar as well as the series. What a ride, the writing was thought provoking and beautiful. The characters were addictive even though we haven't been introduced. Even with the short length the world is thorough and colorful, making you feel like you've been to Paris yourself. What an amazing debut!

Wow! This was a really awesome read. The story line was a refreshing change.

She has moved to Paris the city of love after finding her long time boyfriend with her best friend. She has sworn off relationships and just dated and dumped. After a couple of years of living in Paris a new neighbor across the way from her building has moved in. He is sexy and everything she likes in a man. He catches her watching him one night and after that they continue to meet at the window. Their mutual attraction for each other leads to a lot of hot sexy nights together but always separated by glass. They both continue the behind their windows affair but there are rules though: 1)no names 2) if they accidently run in to each other on the street they walk away. This works out great for her at first but later on she starts to have these deep intense feelings for him. She wants to touch him, feel his breath on her, hear him scream her name. She wants more but she is scared of ruining the best thing that has happen to her.

This is one of the sexist books I have read in a while. I hate waiting for the next book but I can't regret reading this one.

*ARC received for an honest review*

This is a short erotica novel who can surprises you by its originality. It's only the beginning and you only want to know if this uncommon 'relationship' will evolve to the next level. I was curious about this novel because it was nothing like I've ever read. The two characters can only use their sights to understand each other because of rules they made when they first started their flirtatious game through windows.

What first started as a fun and sexy mixed with a big touch of fantasy turned out to be more. You can feel their growing feelings and their want to meet. You'll soften for 'Monsieur Sexy' and hope for the heroine to open her heart.

It was provocative and original enough for me to like it, but I missed the dialogues. The constant monologues are not really my thing (because it's a little too slow) but that's just a preference. Maybe I'll feel less that way if the characters actually speak to each other in the next book.

(I love the cover by the way)

ARC from Netgalley...
I was not expecting anything like this before I started to read it.
She has never met this man in person only through the window across form each other and it was just weird at first because it was different from what I usually read but I kept on reading and I am so glad I did.
It's a mystery kind of, not knowing how someone feels but yet you do things so they can watch you. I loved it
Very steamy and sexy and once you get hooked you don't want it to and I know I didn't. I want to know more, I want to know if she dares.
I really did love this book, it will stay with you for days just thinking what will happen next between the two of them.
It doesn't have much conversation with other people its more like just her and him and it was amazing, brilliant, exciting, steamy and just down right naughty.
I can not wait for the Screen to come out, next winter is to long. lol.
I give it 5 steaming stars. :)

She left home to move to Paris...after a few bad relationships and a botch proposal. She sees her new sexy neighbor move in and has become fascinated by him. Soon she begins watching and they start an awkward relationship through their bedroom windows. Hand gestures, writing notes and sticking them to windows and little waves all begin to heat up and soon she begins to wonder what it would be like to see him on the outside. After what happened to her she isn't ready for all of that and hopes to slowly work up the courage to finally meet him...for real.

This was a different story for me. No names, no witty banter back and forth, but it has its appeal. She is right she thinks way to much and her imagination runs wild with the simplest of thoughts. It was almost too much and I found myself skimming through some of it, but like her and her Monsieur Sexy I couldn't look away and wanted to know what happens next.

ARC kindly provided by NetGalley and Publishers.

Wow! That was very interesting.
They look but don't touch, they write notes but never speak. It's sexy, and thrilling and daring.

"Exquisite. Bold. Gorgeous."

She set the rules. Now she must follow them. But as times goes by, she's tempted to break her own rules just for a touch, a smell, a kiss, and to hear his laughter.

This is the story of two neighbors who have never met, yet share something so personal and so intimate. Through the windows of their bedroom they engage in a sexy, steamy affair. It's simply spell binding.

"Fun.
Intriguing.
A little odd.
Crazy sexy.
Amazing."

Yes, as the quote says, it is all of the above. Very well written. Of course I'm very much looking forward to the next book. I can't believe that ending. I want/need more. I will be not so patiently waiting for the next release. ;-)

I received this book via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

A breath of fresh air in a genre that's become dominated by BDSM and alpha men who know it all and *will* teach it to their women, come hell and high water.

Don't get me wrong, I love a man who knows his mind, who is sexually confident and wants to pleasure a woman beyond reason. BUT. Window is a delightfully erotic story about a woman and a man who engage in an affair on equal footing and there's something super sexy in that.

I cannot recommend this title enough - exhibitionism, voyeurism, a flirtation via written words, sizzling hot fantasies.... This is an excellent start to the Paris Secrets series and I cannot wait for the second one!

Review will be posted at www.books-n-kisses.com .

NUMBER OF HEARTS: 3 1/2
REVIEW:
Window is an interesting twist on an erotic romance story. Two people, two windows, no touching, no talking yet a relationship of sorts has started. But the question is how will it end? I enjoyed this book. It is very different than your normal boy meets girl romance. That alone is refreshing. I am glad that I pick up this book and gave it a try. I am looking forward to seeing what Michele has next in this series. I really hope that the hero & heroine will finally take that step and move their relationship to the next level.

I received a complimentary copy of the book in exchange for an honest review. This review is my own opinion and not a paid review.

I FOUND THIS STORYLINE VERY INTERESTING, I MUST SAY IT'S NOT THE FIRST BOOK I'VE READ ABOUT TWO PEOPLE WHO MEET LIKE THIS. I LIKED THAT WE READERS ARE AS IN THE DARK AS EXACTLEY JUST WHO ARE THE CHARACTERS. SHE HAS A WALTER MITTY LIKE PERSONALITY. WE DON'T EVEN KNOW THEIR NAMES NOR DO THEY, THAT LEAVES EVERYBODY WONDERING HOW THIS WILL PLAY OUT. EVRYBODY INVOLVED ARE GETTING A TASTE OF BEING A PEEPING TOM. TRULY A NEW VERSION OF "AN AMERICAN IN PARIS" 2013 STYLE. I DON'T REALLY LIKE SERIES I PREFER STAND ALONE BOOKS BUT THIS SERIES HAS ME WANTING TO KNOW WHERE & HOW THIS WILL END. I WILL CONTINUE TO FOLLOW THEIR STORY AND HOPE I GET AN HEA WHEN DONE. THE COVER IS REALLY ROCKIN' ON THIS BK#1 ALONG WITH THE STORY INSIDE HOT, STEAMY, SEXXY, SIZZLING, MELTING ETC. WHEW! I NEED MORE ICE WATER!!! ;>
