The reading is more like a handbook to a balanced living. As a handbook, it is filled with how-tos on food, exercise, cleaning up space, meditation - which all makes practical sense. However, if you are new to energy or doshas and chakras, it is best to keep an open mind while reading. In a technical sense, the book still needs a lot of editting, and it will help if the advices explain the benefits other than balancing doshas in the body, what does it mean and how does it look like to have a balanced vata, pitta, and kapha.
