Poorly edited with redundancies, poor grammar and punctuation, missing words; but an interesting read nonetheless. I found the sections about the maniacal assaults against school children the most thought-provoking. Is "lockdown" the right procedure for schools when someone is shooting? Did it work well at Columbine, Sandy Hook?
