Holy Moses! That didn't take long to buzz through. Too much excitement to stop! And I was totally blown away by the ending; I thought I had a pretty good idea what was going to happen but man, I was way off! Total shocker! So of course I'm off to start book 3!

***I was provided an eARC in exchange for an honest review***

I love to read a good book where the heroine is a badass and isn't all whiney and weak. I sure the hell got that with this book. I enjoyed the first book so much that when I saw this book was coming up for a tour I practically jumped through the screen to tell the person hosting "HELL YEAH I WILL REVIEW THIS BOOK". I am so glad I did. Like the first book this one did not disappoint  There is action, adventure, suspense, intri

I really enjoyed the second book in King's Daemon Hunter series. And this time we get some of Emrys' POV! His chapters were pretty short and quite mysterious, but I still liked that it was added in all the same. You always have to wonder about the second book in a series, and while I don't feel it was as strong as the first, I still enjoyed reading about what happened to Jordyn after all of the betrayal from the end of the first book.

Jordyn is still as kick ass as ever, but she is als

Jordyn and the Caverns of Gloom was everything the previous book was, and more. More action, more frustration, more danger, more love, more snark and more awesome!

This one picks up about a month after where book 1 left off. It's told for the majority of it in Jordyn's POV but we do get a few brief passages of Emrys's POV. It was just enough to throw me off and keep me questioning and

When I was reading this, this book wouldn't come in the searches. So, i couldn't update then. Anyway, liked this installment more than the first. My review will be up today in a while or on blog with the release day launch on

I read Jordyn back in March. I read it on a whim being a first Tiffany King Novel novel for me. And I didn't quite fall in love with the book but nonetheless I did somewhat like it.

USA Today bestselling author Tiffany King does not disappoint in her latest release, Jordyn and the Caverns of Gloom, the highly anticipated sequel to her impressive novel Jordyn that released early February of this year. A spinoff series to the Saving Angels novels, the Jordyn books pick up a few years later with a cast of new characters taking the forefront while the beloved characters from Saving Angels step out of the limelight—but are not forgott

WOW This book never disappointed in anyway. It's Freakin Amazing. The danger of waiting for a book your dying to read is that its not as good as you thought it was going to be, this is not the case with this. It never disappointed in anyway

At the end of Jordyn(book1) she leaves her family behind after learning some things about herself.

At the start of this book Jordyn is still on her travels and showing no intention of going back, until Emrys calls a favour in to locate her, as she is blocking e

Wowza! Jordyn #1 left you hanging and wanting more and what happens in Jordyn #2?... You might just feel the same way! Just sayin'! ;)

When Jordyn leaves everything she loves, thought she knew, people she thought that could be trusted, and decides to live on her own... she soon realizes that she is needed more than ever... and by the people that she thought didn't care.

In this book you can use all senses to see Jordyn grow and become independent. She also has a bit of a chip on her shoulder, but

Another Fabulous read from Beginning to End!

In Jordyn we left off at Jordyn running away! Jordyn is Angry, Hurt, but most of all Jordyn feels Betrayed... 1. by Emrys the guy who sneakily crept into her heart,
2. by Haniel her guardian angel who is supposed to guide, protect, and teach her, 3. by Krista & Mark her aunt/uncle who turn out aren't family and have been keeping the truth about who Jordyn really is.

Emrys & Haniel form an Alliance with Krista, Mark, and the others' support. Emrys

I have to say I utterly love this series, it helps that the romantic interest is so darn awesome – I am most definitely an Emrys girl :)

This series has it all action, adventure, an epic battle of good versus evil, humour, sarcasm, romance and friendships/family. Think Buffy meets Indiana Jones crossed with Jumanji and sprinkled with Journey to the Centre of the Earth.

The heroine, Jordyn, can kick some serious daemon butt, yet her tender, caring and often vulnerable side endears her to everyone, e

"Jordyn and the Caverns of Gloom" is another good read from Tiffany King. The story begins a few weeks after the ending of the first book. She is hopping from place to place in order to avoid Haniel, Emrys and her former friends. She is heart broken over their betrayals and the discovery of her origins. Unfortunately, sooner versus later she must come face to face with not only Haniel but Emrys as well.

Jordyn is informed that her bff and her husband have been kidnapped by daemons and taken to th

What a fun read! This is book 2 in the series, so if you don't have book 1 be sure to grab it!
In this book we pick right up where book 1 left off with a very confused and lonely Jordyn. She had been pretty much deceived from the beginning by her friends and family, hurt so badly we catch up with her a month later and all alone. She is "popping" all around avoiding anyone and everyone. I felt really bad for her upon starting the book. I mean she was betrayed by everyone!
We have learned that she w

"Keeps your friends close and your enemies closer" as the saying goes and Jordyn is determined to do just that. After the huge bombshell of who she is and how she was created, she falls into a funk until she has to go on a quest to hell and back (almost) to save those she loves. The dynamics between Emrys and Jordyn was fun to read as it was very much the love/hate relationship and trust was certainly lacking between them but Emrys did try to redeem himself. Was he just playing her or did he hav ...more

Jordyn has grown a lot as a character, and her humanity is seeping in. The emotions just keep coming, even though she doesn't welcome them. Why should she? They're totally a foreign concept to her and cause nothing more than distress.
I'm not normally one to like, or really welcome, kid characters in a book like this - it's too much of an adult world and they don't feel authentic or like they belong. Boon is the exception. Yup, that's his name. But he and Jordyn instantly click, and as far as 9yr

I will admit that I was more nervous about this book than any other of Tiffany's book
I love Jordyn so much and book 1 was so great that I wanted this book
to be just as good!

Well, how could I doubt THE TIFFANY KING !!!!

Jordyn was just as amazing as the first!
Every chapter and every page was pure perfection

What I liked:

LOVE LOVE LOVE the whole story line
It picks up from where Book 1 left off at and Jordyn is trying to stay
away from anyone.

It's official, Tiffany is definitely one of my top 5 favourite authors!

I LOVED Jordyn and the Caverns of Gloom!

Jordyn was as badass as ever!

I was constantly kept guessing as to which side Emrys was fighting for, but totally loved him the whole way through regardless!

The adventure kept me hooked the whole time, I just couldn't put it down.

I cannot WAIT for book 3, and sooo hope we dont have to wait too long for it!

Can I say I loooove this series. I could not wait for this book to come out. Jordyn is my favorite girl. She is soooo mo-fo funny. She is also straight bad ass! After everything she went through in the first book she is understandably hurt and angry. Some stuff happens and then we get into the plot of book two. I won't say anymore but this book is better than the first. I can't wait to read book 2.

Another fun book, I loved Jordyn she's so BA! I love her & Emrys, they are so snarky & perfect together. Jordyn is not the smartest sometimes since she sucks at trusting people, especially Emrys. Some interesting new characters. Can't wait to see what happens next.

3 stars - A great YA paranormal with lots of snark!

This book had most of the things I loved about book one. I loved Jordyn's snark. That girl can talk some snark and quite the badass. She's a fighting machine but it was nice to see her work for it a bit more in this book. She was a bit pouty at the beginning. I get why, but I will admit to getting tired of it before it went away. I did love her again about half way through.

I loved Emrys as much as last time. His motives were called into question

This book was a great sequel that I enjoyed. It let us see Jordyn and all of her friends work together to defeat a greater evil.

We find out that Jordyn is a powerful person with an even greater purpose than what she thought. Jordyn and Emrys have to work together (even after all the terrible things that erupted with the last book) to save Lynn and Robert who have been captured and brought down to the underworld its self.

One of the things I loved within this spinoff series and the first on was t

Jordyn, Haniel, and of course Emrys is back in the second novel of the A Daemon Hunter series. Jordyn and the Caverns of Gloom begins right where the last novel ended. Jordyn found out that she is not really a human and is devastated. She takes off leaving everyone she cares about behind since they lied to her for a long time about who she really is. Jordyn has no plans to go home anytime soon when she learns that her friends were taken to the Caverns of Gloom. With the help of her friends, Hani ...more
