This book has a lot of good information and would be a great tool for reference or guidance on supervisory situations. However, if you have to read the book straight through for a class or as mandated for a promotional process, it is very dry material and is hard to remember specific wording or terminology. Almost every page has bullet-pointed lists of information. The book cost is also very high for a book with introductory information and less than 300 pages of material.
