Wonderful book and not just for wild swimmers. I regularly use it just to find little out-of-the way spots to have a picnic and let the kids run around.

A fantastic updated directory of places to swim in Britain. I used the book this weekend to find some wonderful pools up the Esk Valley in the Lake District, as well as swimming in Wastwater. There are a number of other places in the north of England that I'm hoping to get to this summer if the weather doesn't go like last year.

I think Daniel Start and his friends and family have the best job in the world as swim-testers! How about a Wild Swim Spain next?
