Excellent biking book for all types of cyclist

Well written book, packed with valuable information. A nice added touch are the interviews of the cycling greats and forefathers of cycling between the chapters. A good read.

Even though the book hasn’t been updated since 2014, there is a lot of useful information that remains pertinent today as well as tips for cyclists of all levels. Interspersed throughout the book are interesting interviews with cycling greats.
