4 STARS

Spell Struck is the second book in the Teen Wytche series. Most of the characters are back from Spell Check plus a lot of new ones.
The characters drew me into the story so much I admit to crying in a few places both happy and sad tears. There is plenty of drama, real problems like teen suicide, I like how Salem worried about her sister read the warnings signs of teen depression.

This book starts right after the last one finished pretty much. It is Salem who is one of the central characters

I got this book from the publisher, free of cost, in exchange of an honest review from my side.

Firstly I would like to thank the publisher and the author for giving me this opportunity of reading and reviewing this book.

I really loved this story. It's so simple and cute yet so intriguing!!! The storyline is fabulous and the plotting is brilliant, I didn't feel bored for a moment and high school life is something that I love to read about and experience the different em

This second installment in the Teen Wytche Saga was even better than the first. More intriguing, totally captivating and even more excitement. There's more suspense with the introduction of Aidan/Nico and his "family's" situation, which makes for an absorbing read.

I liked that the author was able to build on the world introduced in the first book, taking us more in-depth with these characters while adding new twists and turns. The fact that Salem already had knowledge of the magical when this se

So Spell Struck is book two in the Teen Wytche Saga and I really enjoyed it! This book focuses on Salem from book one and I loved learning her story and her character! Aidan is the new guy in school and his story is tragic really, but we don't get to find out all of the details right away which kept me as the reader interested. His story was dynamic and powerful enough to keep my attention to the very last page. I highly recommend you read book one first or you will be missing important informat ...more

I hadn’t read teen witch stories for years before I read Spell Check, now I’m in love with them all over again and Spell Struck is no exception. I thoroughly enjoyed learning more about Salem, and getting to know Aidan whilst reading from each of their perspectives as the tale unfolded. There are so many levels to this story, and no matter what the reader’s age I’m positive it would still be enjoyable for all YA paranormal lovers. I can’t wait to see what’s next in store in this series.

First, I would like to thank the author Ariella Moon for giving me this book for an honest review. I liked this book very much. The story-line is good and the world build is nicely done. The characters are well developed and written. I look forward to reading the next book in this saga, kudos to Ariella for writing such a great series.

I seriously loved this book! Moon handles some hard themes with a deft hand, adroitly weaving them into a fun tale of teen dabbling in magic. Oh, and of course there is a great - and realistic - romance.
InD'tale Magazine
A fantastic YA paranormal read, reminiscent of the film “Practical Magic”!

A good lesson

Judging by appearances never ends well as this story illustrates rather well. Sometimes people do unexpected things to protect themselves. Looking past the obvious changes everything.
