There are many tips in here that I have seen and heard previously. However, it is all brought together into a coherent whole in this book. It's motto is that 'high forces through unstable levers' is going to result in uneconomic running and potential injury. It is all sensible advice.

The exercises are simple but they are all critical to running form. It's mighty helpful to have these exercises presented so clearly. I can feel a difference in my running form already. It's clear so that it can be applied. So let's not hang about and get about re-booting those poor postural forms. It's first about neuromuscular control and then the rest takes care of itself. Consider, how a pianist or violinist needs to have good foundations in order to develop skill later on. It's the same with running. Or any art for that matter. (Or you are so blessed with great talent and form).

It's all about consistency and training. Starting to implement some of these... who knows where we'll get to.
