Rate this book
Never fully being understood by the villagers, Brii was left to raise himself within the jungle. He discovers that he has to choose between right and wrong in helping those who have always put him down, or letting them survive on their own like they had always left him to do. There are many relics left over from an ancient race on the tropical island of Caras'cuvia. From statues, to paths that now lead to nowhere, a young jungle boy is determined to discover his own destiny regardless of the prejudice built against him.

The young boy was forced to choose between helping the people who despised him or forsaking them to forge a new life for himself. Brii is gifted with abilities which alone would be a burden to bear. His gifts allow him to forsake the people that should love him the most when someone else needs him more in order to give his people more than they deserve.

Then tears will come to lock in place your feelings for characters that you have grown to love as their pains become your pains. Escape into another world and become a part of another people in another time, in this unbelievable tale.

I found this book interesting. You can definitely tell it was written for a younger crowd, but I still found it enjoyable
