I think this is an important book because we know a lot about AGILE development but not a lot has been said of the change management.
A handy, informative and well written book that can be useful to anyone who work with AGILE projects.

A great intro and guide to Agile Change

Demystifying some of the dense “Agile” terminology and keeping the explanations true to the core premise of agility, a good initial read for people involved in change management and great resource to use as a refresher when starting a change
