Let's face it. Most diets fail in the long term.
There are a plethora of reasons why,but it's often due to focusing only on calories,neglecting the mind body and spirit.

The author has clearly explained in detail how using a holistic approach, will give you the desired results in your weight loss program by eating the proper foods rather than narrowly focusing on calories, since not all calories are created equally.

Just as important though, is an exercise program that you will actually enjoy, rat
